Since we will get nothing of immediate value, we will have to trade something of value to come close to an All-Star first baseman. And the cycle of suck continues. The Yankees, Red Sox, etc can just build without tearing down. The rest of the world tears down when a guy is about to cash in. I am very weary of the we can't afford an All-Star situation.

Anything you do can get you killed, including nothing. Make it too tough for the enemy to get in, and you won't be able to get out. Tracers work both ways. Professional soldiers are predictable; the world is full of dangerous amateurs. Military Intelligence is a contradiction. Fortify your front; you'll get your rear shot up. Weather ain't neutral. If you can't remember, the Claymore is pointed towards you. Air defense motto: shoot 'em down; sort 'em out on the ground. 'Flies high, it dies; low and slow, it'll go. Players almost never travel with the team when they are in the DL. Therapy is easier when they are in one place. I imagine towards the end of the season he may make an appearance, until then he's more a distraction than an inspiration.
