I thought desperation trolling would be beneath you. Perhaps it's a sign you're bored with the Greg act, I know we are. Just register a new name and quietly start posting. We don't want you to go away, just the ridiculous character you've created.

Well bless your heart. Your computer can only access one website and you picked ours. Be careful on that stack of bibles, they get stacked mighty high there in Kansas. We don't want you to fall and hit your head again. Anytime you want to drop the country bumpkin act it would be nice. There are some folks here that would appreciate your actual intelligent side. Perhaps make meaningful contributions to threads.

Who's At Fault For No Agreement On The Start Of The Season?
Texsox replied to Soxsi75's topic in Pale Hose Talk
Agree I "lost" almost $20,000 on my house last year. Yep, I spent about that in mortgage payments. Now let's look at my equity and how much my home's value increased. -
About ten years ago I traveled the Natchez Trace Parkway and made many of the stops on the route and later other historical sites on my trip to Maine. It was my first real extended road trip through the south. One of the things that really stuck with me was all of the Civil War cemeteries throughout the south. Some are huge with tens of thousands buried and some are small with less than a dozen. Many only had Union soldiers buried in the marked graves, the confederate soldiers were unceremoniously dumped into mass graves. The victors were allowed to bury their dead in dignity. Most of the Civil War was fought in the south and the history is more in your face and alive than in the west or north. I have empathy for southerners that see that and want their ancestors remembered and not hated. Just like every war we fought, people fight because they are drafted and told to. They don't always have the luxury of agreeing with the cause.

There was a big surge of southern pride and the confederate flag in the 1960s. I'm wondering if maybe that had something to do with the civil rights movement or just the way it was back then.

That's a blast from the past. Another "unique" player to wear the uniform. RIP

Who's At Fault For No Agreement On The Start Of The Season?

Situations change. They couldn't start in March, so a new decision had to be made. It's billionaires fighting with millionaires over the money they receive from fans who can barely afford going to a game. And the thousandaires will pick sides? They both are to blame. Remember whose money it begins with that they are fighting over. Both sides are screwing over the fans. -
I'm guessing culinary tourism isn't a thing there in Kansas. How about dropping the Greg trolling act and register a different user name and start over? Isn't playing a country bumpkin getting tiring?
-
Could we just turn this into a soap opera and we could tune in each day? Forget about ever playing. But at least make it entertaining.

You can't understand it for them.

I had the test yesterday. Shit that swab is loooong and it goes up into your nose and then back down towards your toes and stays there for the longest three seconds of your life, Waiting on the results before being allowed into my oncologist's office.

We already live in a world without police. Waiting for the police to arrive is foolhardy. You gotta be your own security force. Now, what's your strategy for non lethal protection? Have you thought about martial arts training? It's a good workout.

Tweet from the mayor of McAllen. I lived there for 20 years and never witnessed anything like that. The “chainsaw man” has been arrested. We will not tolerate such conduct in our City of McAllen. We apologize to the protesters that were threatened by him. That is not what we do or who we are!

I was trying to figure out why anyone was afraid of their vehicle being turned over and then realized you need a proper truck to match that new shootin' iron. Nothing screams leave me the fuck alone than an F350 dually diesel. I'd lift it but if you're a bit short that might not work for you. I'm partial to the Texas edition. Have you started preppen' food?

Once you get the feel of that cold steel in your hands the fear goes away. Stare down those paper villains at the gun range and strut down any street in Kansas like you're Andy and Opie in Mayberry. If you start feeling scared again think about a dozen 9mm in your holster. That's better than a blue diamond to put a little lead in the old pencil. 1. So think about where you are going to store your gun when you are driving. Think, can I reach this if my car is turned over? 2. Elevators will not save you. Even if the elevators are turned off, buildings have stairs. Pro tip - think about the fire escape. Every path could be blocked. Carry extra clips. 3. "Normal" people have been owning guns in this country for hundreds of years. All those Revolutionary War heroes in our textbooks? Gun Owners. Civil War heroes? Gun Owners. Founding Fathers? Gun Owners. Charles Manson? Not a gun owner. Jeffery Dahmer? Not a gun owner. John Gacey? Not a gun owner. I think you have to redefine who you think is normal pards. 4. They already are. So stay indoors and look as white and straight as possible. Learn all the white supremacy hand signals. An orange glow is an extra nice touch if you feel threatened. And of course, vote.

I actually mention a couple more options in that thread. You need to hold a couple, fire a few if they will allow it. A couple NRA or gun stickers in the window will scare away a lot of folks up there. Here, they just blend in. Keep in mine while there may be a handgun hunting season, it will be better to get a shotgun to really fill that freezer.

The key is to practice. I enjoy a nice afternoon outside at the ranch, but a range is great for meeting people. I'm certain there is a good gun shop near you and most gun dealers employee folks that can guide you to the right choice. It has to feel good in your hand.

Bless your heart life sure is confusing, and shocking, there in K-State. Is that 9 plus the deceased or 10 plus the deceased?
-
I already got you covered back on May 23rd. You have to protect yourself from that exotic ice cream eating governor.
-
Exactly, crazies with chain saws. Why anyone, especially someone with a family, would take their chances without a gun is beyond my understanding. Add in cops that may or may not help you. No need to be helpless.
-
Luckily you are in a state that makes concealed carry easy as can be. No need to depend on the police when you can defend yourself.

Ripping off a Facebook friend's post Man, white folks all over social media are big mad today. It's like they're all uncomfortable and angry about people making assumptions about their character because of their skin color, and I even saw where some of them don't feel safe to go out into the streets because they're white. Man, that must be a b****, huh?

We are allowing most businesses to operate at 50% capacity as of yesterday. So why not stadiums. I'll have to call Kapkomet and meet him for a game

It's almost like you think they owe you something for all you pay for.
