Paddy's not exactly causing one to jump up and down with excitement, either, although he deserves more patience than Bell. Of course, the defense of Bell is that you can't easily turn raw athletes into baseball players...that the fault lies in organizational/drafting philosophy and not player development. It has to be a little bit of both...and too soon for Hahn to fall on any sword.

Floyd EASILY could have given up 5-8 runs... He had runners at 2nd/3rd and one out, and got out of it...and then Santiago bailed him out of a bases loaded, one out situation.

I honestly would rather have Old Irascible/Horrible PR Cooper as manager...at least that way we'd only have to fix ONE area of our ballclub, the offense.
