He seems to have lost confidence at the plate, becoming over-reliant on bunting...or fake bunting. His playing time has suffered in recent weeks, so he's probably pressing and then they keep moving him all over the field, so he's not comfortable ANYWHERE defensively. In all likelihood, he might be better off playing everyday in Charlotte at this point. That said, the White Sox seem to be projecting him as "merely" a utility player with positional flexibility, limited power and good speed who MIGHT be the last or next to last player on a good/playoff-caliber MLB team.
