  1. Originally...then it converted.
  2. symptomatic of a bigger endemic problem that's now practically institutionalized
  3. They might as well release Robert so he can go on to win MVP for the Dodgers lol.
  4. Now they're in even MORE trouble with the Cubs also now out on the late April/early May pitching market. And Marlins with Alcantara, M's to a lesser extent with Castillo (due to his contract), licking their chops
  5. If Quero can put up some of Narvaez's career numbers, that would be a net win for the organization. 1.2 0.5 2.8 age 29 with the Brewers 1.3 1.5 per season in his "prime" years I guess most Sox fans would have to hope for closer to the 2-3 fWAR range with Quero, but I'm certainly not expecting it.
  6. 1. Dodgers 300 2. Rays 237 3. Brewers 118 4. Guardians 105 5. Yankees 53 6. Braves 42 Phillies 42 8. Diamondbacks 30 9. Orioles 23 10. Padres 18 11. Mets 14 12. Tigers 11 13. Astros 10 Rangers 10
  7. And then, inevitably, the Oakland line-up will respond with an offensive barrage...
  8. Maton has to be the worst #3 hitter we've ever trotted out there...in at least the last week or so.
  9. it's a suicide mission until Montgomery comes out of this mental funk he's in to simultaneously stick him at major league SS...
  10. A 29 year old...almost 30, decidedly non-prospect. Sure as hell hope so.
  11. What did Vaughn do now?
  12. Baldwin 286/747 If only he could hold those numbers for an ENTIRE season...
  13. Michael Huff is one of the broadcasters? What next, Chris "Ranger" Rongey? Dan Bernstein?
  14. Even the "other other" Chicago team, the Sky, were smart enough to create some drama with Angel Reese and Hailey Van Lith paired together.
  15. Elko 367/977 campaigning for a spot, but it's likely to go to Brandon Drury first.
  16. He now leads MLB in monster fly foul balls per PA....new statistic to make Sox look better.
  17. Imagine if it was the Flying Molina Brothers or Konerko running...
  18. Vaughn guaranteeing himself another week or two...now up to .138. Maybe they'll play Drury at first, but most likely DH. Which will make it harder for Sosa to get playing time, but not sure why I even care about that at this point.
  19. Might as well dump him too this week...but Elko will just be another version of Palka, ultimately.
  20. More stellar defense...
  21. Realistically, what else could be expected coming off 121 losses? If they're not getting any votes 2-3 years from now...that's a real warning sign or red flag to be acknowledged.
  22. He's the youngest legit catching prospect higher than A ball...so if we're worried about age 22 preparedness? At least Quero has the bloodline with his cousin in the Brewers' org.
