lol...of course Grichuk against rhp overmanaged and pulled Benintendi too early

Hjerpes has an unfortunate name goodbye annual Texas fb hype

espn.com "Shirley made a case for all three players, citing how much Emerson closed the gap on Cholowsky during his senior year of high school while also acknowledging Cholowsky "held serve" during his junior year of college, hitting .320 with 21 home runs. Meanwhile, Lackey is a "supreme catcher who could define the position," according to Shirley. "It's not about what they are today," he said. "It's about what they're going to be two to three years from now when they show up here at the major league level."

they do have McKinven from MIL coaching tree

pus is right 60+ pitches to record just eight outs demoralizing puts defense back on their heels too

Castillo a spy/double agent working for CLE as a saboteur like Cesar Hernandez lol?

This is starting to feel like a mixture of the trials/travails of The Odyssey mixed with Dante's Seven Circles of Hell.

he was rushed maybe another issue Shirley had 1-12 pick for Boston, never suited up in a uniform

Castillo fb in Thorpe/Adams territory

it was recently 4/50 scoring runners from third and less than two outs

"Shirley was in his seventh season in this particular role after being promoted in September 2019. His work, along with many others in his department and throughout the organization, was center stage this year with the White Sox holding the top pick overall for the third time in franchise history and a record Draft pool at $20,489,500. Shortstop Roch Cholowsky was selected at one overall, the pick everyone expected when the White Sox won the Draft Lottery at the 2025 Winter Meetings. The White Sox were deemed to have a strong Draft overall. Garrett Crochet was Shirley’s first first-round pick at No. 11 in 2020." mlb.com So also picked Colson Montgomery. So this is has to be all about Hagen/Griffin/Cags and the Emerson/Roch picks....maybe also forced to go with "safe/r" NCAA pick in Jacob Gonzalez.

Mike Shirley definitely not involved in pro/advance scouting... Hostetler??? Watson?

Especially lacking Acuna or Doyle's speed...

Are you now playing the role of WestEddy?

Well not like the NFL. Would still get his $$$ one way or the other.

44.8 ev

It has to come out that Castillo is betting significantly against his own starts...

The team announced Shirley’s departure on Saturday, but has not yet revealed anymore information on the nature of the departure or the future of the amateur scouting department.Fegan 7:17 pm

About??? They have already seen him twenty times in the last 7-8 years.

Makes you wonder how they didn't in his one successful outing out of seven now...

Well, at least they're not more embarrassing than Dan Lanning???

Or Mason Adams lol

The next storyline will be that Castillo doesn't embrace coming in as a bulk reliever.

Veteran/guaranteed big contract Stuck with him
