two scenarios here....will john kerry pick hillary as his VP...gaurenteeing a dem victory
will president bush change VP and convince powell to run..gaurenteeing a GOP victory..
if both scenarios happen we'd have voter turnout like you wouldnt believe
with konerko on the ballot were screwed...whatever the white sox fans votes are will be split between konerko and frank...matsui probably gets it as skanks fans will spend 24/7 voting away
i gopt a really bad feeling right now...we look very flat..even the last out last inning it seemed like rowand was running in quicksand to get that potential texas leaguer...we gotta WAKE UP!!
even the announcer was saying rowand should have been off on that pitch , hit and run...we'd have 2 down runner on 2nd...cmon ozzie , where ozzie ball???
the problem with harris to me is possess all this speed but everytime he gets on first base he doesnt try and steal...with his speed he has to go everytime he gets on first...he shopuld have 25 sb's minumum right now...if he doesnt develop into a great base stealler..he's luis rivas at best
probably can forget either konerko or thomas making it...its a bunch a bull that both of them are on the list..they will split the white sox fans vote and neither guy has a chance
mlb should have known this
matsui wins this easy imo...too many new yorkers
i cant stand KW but ill never fault him for trying to improve the team in mid season and make the playoffs...its a risk you have to take if you ever want to win it all
i dont think anyone is blasting KW for this trade...we needed a utility infielder and we got one in uribe...i just wanted your guy's views on whether we should have kept miles and sent harris to colorado..at the time of the trade that was my first thought...why not keep miles and give them harris???
its been the rule of baseball since the game began...once the game starts its in the hands of the umps...the umps tried to get in as many innings as they could..thats their job..its our fault for spotting the scrubs a 3-0 lead right from the get go..
we were all excited when it first started raining..myself included..if the game got rained out with the score 3-0 scrubbies before it was official we would all be laughing our butts off while the scrubbies fans would by crying and moaning it wasnt fair...we'd be all happy about their crappy drainage system then
im sure if you go back in sox history there were a few games they won the same way the scrubs did today..in fact i believe we won one like this in '00..
just gotta get 'um tomorrow
holy crap...just had a super wind gust outside my house..it picked up my patio table and threw it accross the yard..shattering the glass top...im guessing it had to be above 70 mph??
dammit..i just bought it like a month ago
