i dont think we can use the coors arguement anymore...since we chopped off the top half of the upper deack and opened up the park sox park is probably the best hitters park in the AL... both guys play in great hitters parks

weather report from the weather channel radar shows storms blowing up all the way down to so. illinois...moving in a north north east direction...suppose to rain on and off like this all day with some locally heavy t-storms and tornado watches going to 9pm just south of the lake...705 chance of rain the rest of the day tomorrow looks worse...similiar situation with an 80% chance of rain we might not be making these games up until the end of the season...wouldnt that ne awesome if it came down to a final game against the scrubs...both teams needing a win to clinch a playoff spot???

yeah clee was a 3rd baseman by trade , thank God that changed looking at the numbers over the last 4 seasons... each guy has had 3, 100 rbi seasons..and just falling short of a 4th jones has averaged 35 homers while maggs about 32-33 jones average about 275 while magges average about 313 lifetime OPS , 835 jones , 892 maggs both guys used to steal bases but dont anymore similar power and rbi numbers but maggs is a better all around hitter..defensively andrew jones is the best CF (its debatable , but he is up there) in the game..so does jones defense and russ ortiz pitching make up for the in offense between jones and maggs ???...if you say yes make the trade..if the answer is no then dont.. i guess there are other intangables too...like will trading a home grown all star have a negative effect on the fan base??...will it effect the chemistry of the team??? it a gamble i guess like any trade...if this deal does come available i hope we make the right move..God we are due for that to happen

the fact is moveon.org ran that commercial on their website...do they not screen it first??..the ran a contest where they asked people to come up with the best anti-bush commercials..by asking for it and then running it on their website they are in fact endorsing it... now that the president is using it for his advantage you want to cry foul????? if that commercial came to moveon.org and they saw it and said it wasnt within the bounds of good taste and decided not to run it and the bush campaign got a hold of it and ran it in their ads tieing it into moveon.org then there would be a problem...but once they ran that ad in their contest its fair game... here is the disclaimer at the beginning of the commercial "the following video contains remarks made by and images from ads sponsored by kerry supporters".....kerry supporters...that includes private citizens does it not???
