  1. You should really trade from strength. If you look at this team going into the off-season you could argue 2nd base and another good bullpen arm are two of our biggest needs. it’s what we gave away for Kimbrel who stunk and will most likely not be on this team next season.
  2. I don’t know, I was just looking at possible fits from projected FA
  3. Im sure this is not right on the money but how would this look so far? Some trades will definitely have to be made..
  4. Ah yes, I forgot catchers. I agree on that.
  5. Rest is so overrated, these guys literally stand around a field or sit in a dugout for 99% of the game. I get it for pitchers to an extent, but for position players makes no sense to me. You want to give them an off day, put them at DH.

By landing wrong or at a weird angle? Its not ridiculous that an arm plants into the ground on a feet first slide.
  7. Yeah, no he doesn’t. He’s about to be 34 and needs 115 wins. No chance he gets to 300.
  8. This game went from non stop edge of your seat to total snooze fest like instantly. heyyyy insurance run as soon as I type this.
  9. Not only have I been a member of this board longer than you, you have no basis at all for your claim you’ll be here longer than me. It’s just more childish BS that you’re known for. You’re right though, I tried to interact with you and you’re still the same guy you’ve always been so I’ve learned my lesson.
  10. A GM in any sport is held accountable for the moves they make, there is no situation where it’s just “Eh the player didn’t perform” Nothing else you can help me with unless you’re saying farewell to the board.
  11. I’m sure he told them which one he wanted via phone at some point
  12. Lol man you really are one of the worst posters here. Are you capable of interacting with other posters like a grown up?
  13. It’s over your head apparently
  14. That’s not how it works. If Justin Fields bombs the Bears GM can’t say “Not my fault he didn’t perform”
  15. Seriously. Kimbrel needs to sack the fuck up and do his job. Have Hendriks warming. It’s time to earn your paycheck.
  16. So far, I gotta say, home field definitely mattered. I was wrong. Theres no chance these guys come back from 5-1 in Houston.
  17. Well find out next inning *assshole puckers thinking about Kimbrel coming in*
  18. Lol anyone suggesting Lynn start game 5 needs to get their head checked
  19. My point is we don’t need Hendriks to go 2 innings so far
  20. No walks and we should be ok
  21. When you’re up 3 you can worry about tomorrow. If trouble happens Hendriks needs to be the one getting ready to come in for 1,2,3 innings but you’re fucking yourself if you overuse him when you don’t have to.
  22. There is zero reason to throw hendriks for two if you don’t need to dead arm Rodon is going tomorrow, we’re going to need some arms
  23. We still need people to pitch tomorrow, preferably not named Lopez and Ruiz
