They lost in the 1st round of the NIT at DePaul in a game that went down to the final minute. That team should have made the tourney, but they collapsed late in the year.

Manhattan survives a bad night from Luis Flores to beat Niagara 62-61. Niagara never gave up, but came just short. This was not the best Manhattan can play. Watch out for them in the tourney.

Ninja Turtles kicked ass. How can you not love the Ninja Turtles?

SMS vs. UNI is a heck of a game. The best mid-major conference in the country is on display. The 2nd and 5th best teams (according to the reg season) are playing here and both are quality teams. SMS made a good run to get back in the game and now it's tied at 50. You gotta love the MVC.

Yeah, but NU would have made a tourney appearance if they were in the Valley. The Valley is the best mid-major in my mind, but it's no Big Ten, even this year.

That's one of those shows that everyone liked, but denies they ever did.

What is with everybody picking Troupe? He's good, but there are better players on the board.

Gonzaga may not be a 2 seed now. In my eyes there is no way they should be a top 2 seed. Their best wins are Maryland and Missouri, both bubble teams. In my eyes they are no better than a 5 seed. Of course I realize they will get better than that.

I'd love to watch Jameer Nelson in a Bulls uniform. With that said we do have Hinrich. I never liked him much anyway.

But I didn't say NU in the tourney or something. There's a difference. They're better than Illinois St. anyway.

I see Illini to the Alamo and laugh. The first thing that comes to mind is the Alamo Bowl, and we all know Illinois isn't going to a bowl game any time soon. They have to beat a I-A team first. Then I realize the Final Four is in the Alamo. I continue to laugh.

Well said Jas. My dad, who trades stocks for a living, said she saved about 200k. Either way that's nothing for her. As I said, the insider trading isn't going to give her the jail time, it's the obstruction of justice. Don't expect her to get years. What she did was wrong, but not extremely bad.
