The Official Bulls prediction thread

40-42 8th in east Eddy Curry only all-star Kirk Hinrich will suck the whole f***ing year. He's a bum. -
yahoo! for me because I use yahoo! e-mail.

If the Cubs get by Prior, game 7 is very winable. Let's not forget Wood was in line for the loss when leaving game 3. If there is one team in the NL that I want to come back from a 3 game deficit, it's the Marlins. They have so much heart. They won't give up, esp. after today's performance.

INTRODUCING your #12 niu huskies
danman31 replied to CubsSuck1's topic in Alex’s Olde Tyme Sports Pub
Actually it was the opposite until the last couple years. The Big Ten always disappointed in bowl games and it was a knock against the conference. They finally turned that around the last couple seasons. -
NIU has won every game. I don't see how you can bash them. Name 1 good team that TCU has beaten? Their schedule is definitely easier than NIU's. Navy and South Florida are the only winning teams that TCU has played so far. South Florida lost to Alabama 40-17 by the way and Navy lost to Rutgers 48-27 for crying out loud. If you are going to use strength of schedule as why NIU is overrated, then TCU is more overrated.

Agreed, I now enjoy college football more. The thing that really bothers me about the NFL is that they choose which games we watch. Just because Detroit and Green Bay are close to Chicago we always get their games when the Bears aren't on. I don't care about either of those teams. I guess the argument against that is that you get a dish, but that's not always possible.

MLB has not enough parody. More or less the same teams are in it every year. The Braves and Yankees have made the playoffs how many years in a row now? The NFL's goal seems to be to get each team in the league to be 8-8. I hate it. The salary cap forces teams to cut good players. Each team has 5-10 new starters each year which makes it difficult to follow as a fan. The NBA has it down. Their salary cap allows for star players to become synonymous with teams because they are with the same team for at least a few years. The teams shift in and out of being good. Each team has their time as a top team and then they will fall like everybody else. For example look at all the teams that were in the running for the title when the Bulls were good. The Jazz, Rockets, Heat, Knicks, Suns, Sonics, Magic, and even the Hawks were a solid playoff team. All of these teams have fallen considerably from where they were. Meanwhile teams like the T'Wolves, Lakers, Mavericks, Kings, 76ers, and the Pistons have all rebuilt from non contending teams. This is why I love the NBA.

It took em long enough to lose! This was their first road game of the year. Welcome to real competition Ohio St. See what happens when you play on the road? You lose because you aren't that good. Unfortunately 2 out of their 3 remaining road games are easy wins as they play Indiana and Penn State. Michigan should beat them in Ann Arbor and Iowa might even be able to beat them next week in Columbus.

The black ones were the worst that they had last year. These are far worse.

Anybody else think it was really sad that the whole article was about Reed and the only picture was of Neal Cotts who said one measly quote about him?
-
At least the Mets have won the World Series in somewhat recent years. The Yankees win every year, it's gotta be tough to be a Mets fan. And to make it worse the Yankees have the biggest fan base in baseball (a ton of them are fair weather fans, but still).

The fact that she has bruises isn't good. I don't want Kobe to get convicted, but it's a tough case at this point.

Hinrich was the worst pick possible for the Bulls. If they wanted a PG they should have gotten Ford. Even then, there were better players available. Pietrus will be a stud, you watch.

Be Good, that song sucks. And for the love of God stop spamming! A spammer is the lowest form of a poster.

And thats a Blackhawks winner!!
danman31 replied to CubsSuck1's topic in Alex’s Olde Tyme Sports Pub
Keyword should. The Blackhawks have done too much giving up and not enough taking to get my support. No home games, no good new players, and too many free agents through the cracks. Losing Amonte was the end for me. :fyou the blackhawks -
The 2nd one is too long The Cell sucks, I don't want to be reminded of our s***ty stadium name The Beer Garden? What does that have to do with this board? Outside the Park is a ripoff of WSI's Parking Lot, so no to that one That leaves Sex, Lies, and Politics which I found nothing against. Good thing that one is in the lead

I've never heard either, lol.

WSI was just awful. It was fun at first, but they turned soppy. I remember my last post, and what a lost post it was. It felt so good to let all that s*** off my chest. It was in the thread about problems at WSI with the new rules and such. It came out August 2002. I actually went to WSI a few weeks ago and searched for it and found it. My post still makes me laugh. Everybody kept b****ing. I'm glad a lot of the good people at WSI came over here. That reminds me, whatever happened to Kempers? Is he not posting at all anymore? I saw he signed up here, but hardly posted.

So that makes you Heather Locklear's brother's friend's cousin?

LOL thanks. I've seen them all though.

Hey! Kristin Kreuk gets in the thread! That's basically my desktop image. With some graphics around the pic, but it's nice to see that every day. B)
