YEAH and the all caps first word gives it away.

It's ok. It's normally not my kind of thing, but I found it interesting.

Her school has won just as many games as your school against Division 1-A teams. 0

I found 7 question marks that will determine how the team will do next year. I know 2003 just ended, but I don't think anyone wants a long winded season review topic. So here are my 7 question marks for the 2004 team that will determine how they will do. I assumed a few things (Alomar resigns, Loaiza, Beuhrle, and Garland have good years, no hitters fall off the face of the Earth i.e. Konerko) 1. Bartolo Colon- The Sox need to re-sign him IMO. If they let him go, then they will have to have somebody step up. 2. CF- I don't really want to see the Sox sign Everett so we can give a young guy a chance. Whether our CFer be Reed, Borchard, Rowand, or Harris next year the player is unproven. All we need is a guy that can get on base with some regularity and that plays solid defence. If we can't get that we are in trouble. 3. 1B- Konerko better not suck again this year. If he does, crap. If he doesn't, our offense will be much improved. 4. C- Olivo needs to improve his hitting. If not we will be looking at another mediocre year behind the plate. 5. 3B- Joe Crede needs to step up here. He was streaky this year and he will need to be more consistent. I think he will do better, but I don't expect him to hit .300 with 30 HRs. If he struggles that's one more hole in the lineup. 6. 5th starter- Who will be our 5th starter next year? More importantly, can us fans go into a game where he starts thinking we can win? 7. Timely hitting- This was the biggest reason why we didn't make the playoffs this year. It's clear that if we can do this we should make the playoffs next year. With the exception of number 7 we just need 3 of the 1st 6 and we should be set for next year. Of course things can go wrong and it's hard to say whether this team will do well next year or not because at least 20% of their roster will be different next year.

I enjoyed the fact that they were in the race almost the whole year. It sucked in the end, but at least they finished strong.
-
I thought so too, but I'm not sure. The quality isn't great. It sounded like that Fox announcer.

Iowa was overrated and they proved it.

Who didn't? The ass was better than this, but this looks cool.

WAY too many games for me to even try. I got half way and then said f*** it, I've spent this much time and I'm only half way.
-
What he said. Get over it Heather, your school sucks at football.
-
The Fire will probably win first. Only 10 teams and they are in 2nd in the league right now. They could win it this year.
-
Keyword could. If a few things go right they will make the playoffs. Of course that's light years better than, 'if everything goes as planned we will win 30 games.' I'm tired of planning to win 30 games, and then not even doing that! This year looks like they are going to be good, or at least fun to watch. I hate Kirk Hinrich. He is a complimentary player. He's a more all around version of Steve Kerr, but not as good at the 3. I don't see why you would waste the 7th pick on that.

It's Powder Puffs, but whatever. Could my school actually win something for once? It looks like it.

He has talent. He is a very good QB, but he keeps getting injured. Last year he had a broken bone in his leg (a non-weight bearing bone) and played through it, but he wasn't at his best and couldn't run. This season it sounded like he started well against Kansas (the game wasn't on tv), and he was playing well against Air Force until he got injured (forgot what injury he picked up) and he threw a bunch of picks in the 4th quarter as part of blowing a 21-7 2nd half lead. He got knocked on his ass against on a late hit personal foul in the Miami game and his nose was bleeding. He wasn't the same after, but our line simply blows. It was just the sheer number of hits he was taking that game. The key for Northwestern is to run because their pass block is just awful. He tries to play through every injury he gets, but he just simply can't get hurt. He will be a good QB for the years to come and I even think if he works hard enough he could be drafted. That's a bit of a longshot though, but it could happen.

I know. It's nice to see them dominate a team like that. The odd thing is that they are 2-0 vs. BCS conference teams and 0-2 vs. non-BCS conference teams and 2-0 on the road and 0-2 at home. Figure that out.
-
I don't think that way, but ok. I guess that's not so bad, but if Northwestern lost it pretty much would make the rest of Saturday suck for me. Only when they have losing seasons (which happens often) do I stop caring as much. I get used to the losing.
-
That's just pathetic. You hate Michigan more than you like Illinois and ND? That's what that statement sounds like. Sure, you can be happy about Michigan losing, there's nothing at all wrong with that, but for it to be a good day despite your 2 favorite teams losing is just sad. You aren't a fan if that's true.

This makes what my high school (I go to the school you are referring to) did look like nothing. Throwing stuff at people is totally different from shoving a broom up somebody's ass. That's just sad.
-
Hey, at least I have the heart to stick with a team that loses. A lot of ND fans are fair weather fans. I'm not directing that at anybody specifically, but I know of fair weather ND fans. Northwestern isn't popular because people can't take losing. I am a true fan and I don't give a s*** what you think. I was happy about ND losing and I don't see what that has to do with Northwestern.
-
I don't see why that means I can't be happy about ND losing. What does Northwestern have to do with that? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Don't even argue that because you can't without making up some s***.
-
Oh you're just jealous because Bradley doesn't have a team.

Yeah I find it funny that there are no lineman so far.
