That blows. At my school the juniors can leave for open lunch too. I don't have my own car, but you don't have to have your own car to go to open lunch. You can have somebody drive you.

How long have you known these Cubs fans that you aren't used to their crap yet? In one of my classes the teacher used to work for the Cubs and he is a big Cubs fan. On the first day he was going over class rules and stuff then he says, "Dress code: The only dress code is that you don't wear Sox stuff." He said this while pointing to a guy wearing a Sox shirt. So being the hardcore Sox fan I am I made a point of wearing a Sox shirt today to spite him and the numerous other Cubs fans in my class. Ahhh, I love being a rebel.

The fact remains that Percival got 3 outs. He can't control whether the catcher holds the ball or not. That's why they call them UNearned runs. The offense didn't earn them by beating the pitcher, the defense made a mistake.

He had the game won. The catcher blew it. If you saw that play I don't know how you can blame Percival.

Whoops, that's what I meant. I saw N. Ill. in the future schedule and got that name in my head. NIU is underrated, I don't know why every was so shocked they beat Maryland. It was in Dekalb and Maryland isn't that good. The experts made it sound like Maryland was a national title contender or something.

Garland is a good pitcher. He has confidence now. I want my pitchers to want to stay in. You have to want the ball. Roger Clemens always wants the ball, and it's part of what makes him so good. Garland is a pitcher I want on the Sox for a long time.

Nice win, Garland pitched well and we had some nice HRs. Now we become Texas fans.
