John Ely is a great pitcher and a hell of a nice guy. I imagine he'll pitch game 1 of the division series, his 4 days rest coincides with that.

If the Barons hold on for win #91, then their best bet is to tie Jacksonville. Which would lead to a one game playoff Tuesday at Regions Park two days before the playoff series begins. If the Barons lose tonight, then Jacksonville clinches the second half.
