He is successful. He'll likely start out the year in BHam's rotation. However, for his development, he needs to keep moving up. He's a guy, who, with VERY low HR totals, should do fairly well in Charlotte and would have a chance to succeed in Chicago.

Chizik is apparently going after 4-star JUCOs hard, getting a committment from one and being the leader for two more.
