  1. Linebrink says he's been feeling better this spring. Let's see a nice 1-2-3.
  2. Hawk and Stoney look like they need a beer.
  3. Either way, Santos is scheduled to pitch today and I'd love to see him I wanted to see Rios too, but I guess that's not gonna happen.
  4. Gordo might see a few fastballs this year with Pierre on base, and he probably will enjoy CQ protecting him in the lineup as well.
  5. Danks leaving a lot of stuff up today. I know in pregame they were talking about Johnny going 5. We'll see.
  6. Alexei might not make that play last year. That was pretty.
  7. Butler just decided they were done messing around.

  9. QUOTE (Princess Dye @ Mar 18, 2010 -> 01:35 PM) It comes down to the debate about 'clutchness'... is it a real thing? 670 the Score, despite their shortcomings, do a good job of challenging people with this. i.e. their scenario from a few weeks ago: "Would you want Joe Mauer, who has never been to a World Series, with the last at-bat in a WS Game 7? Or Craig Counsell, who has done it?" Mauer, obviously. Because if there is such a thing as a 'clutch guy'-- it doesnt even matter. Because in the clutch, every team should want its best hitter, ideally, to be at the plate. And of course many people will disagree with this. But is clutchness a thing proven to actually exist? I dont believe it has been. There have been guys who are surprisingly good in clutch situations, but there's a difference between that and saying that 'clutchness' is a trait that really exists and repeats over and over. Besides, you'd want Crede.
  10. My only loss is Vandy, though I have them thru to the Sweet 16. Will be 6-1 after these two games hold....need Butler coming up.
  11. Richmond is very close to getting throttled.

  14. Let's do this Monarchs!
  15. Well, at least he's not sucking at the moment.
  16. It's Nix/Retherford/De Aza, Lillibridge ain't gonna make the team, but Nix can play a lot more positions....sorta.
  17. I don't know why you guys are arguing Baylor-Nova when the Monarchs are going Sweet 16.
  18. QUOTE (MattZakrowski @ Mar 15, 2010 -> 11:25 PM) vidz or it didn't happen The shoes?
  19. This sounds like a challenge.

  24. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Mar 15, 2010 -> 11:41 AM) I assume the first guy they will call will be Bruce Pearl. Pearl will say thanks, but not right now. Than they will turn there attention to Billy Gillespie. No, I want Billy. And yea, I assume they'll try Pearl.
