Yea, verbose outputs can be cumbersome to read - I generally parse through them and often times there is something insightful. I thought its analysis of Castillo relating to Banny was interesting.

It may have been pointed out already but after Seattle stopped piggybacking Castillo in late May, his numbers in June were stellar- including starts against Cleveland and Detroit. In July he pitched to a quality start average, if you take out the start where he was shelled by the Dodgers. I remain hopeful the Sox can make some tweaks and we have a win on our hands.
