Moran from VA wants to push legislation that would make ED ads considered "indecent" so the FCC can ban them. Now, I'm not a social conservative, and certainly not a prude, but I can see where he and the people asking for this are coming from. The ads for the most part are tastefully done (with the exception of Extenze, a blatant scam that I'm surprised is allowed on TV), but at certain times they are EVERYWHERE and it's kind of obnoxious after a while. Plus the ones on the radio are much more explicit, which is awkward as hell when I'm driving a car full of 6th grade girls to the mall or whatever. edit: Not banned, but restricted from being shown between 6 am and 10 pm.
