Oh my god, that DVD that Walt made and gave to Hank........wow, I rarely ever catch myself physically responding to something on the TV, but my jaw dropped and I just kept saying "Whaaaaaaaaaaat!!!" for about a minute straight. f***ing incredible scene, I am still cracking up about how amazing it was.

Chris Beck is just throwing filthy baseballs right now. 8 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 8 K. He now has 19 K to 2 BB in 21 IP in AA.

I wonder if he made a comment like "Hey f*** face, try not to blow another ground rule double call......f*** face".

Just watched "Now You See Me". I love magician movies for whatever reason. The Illusionist and The Prestige are my 2 favorite movies, although I'm not nearly as big on movies as I am on TV shows. Anyway..... I loved the beginning, very strong and very interesting. Then the middle was really solid too with the reveal of certain tricks and all the crazy smart ways they were able to trick the FBI, then the end..... I f***ing hated the end. **SPOILER**

I heard Eric Brynes was playing slow pitch softball like a year after his retirement, or maybe it was in a year where he was having trouble finding a deal, either way, he was pretty much going from the majors to slow pitch softball, I'm sure it was incredible to watch. I played in a league against former Packers and Saints defensive end Jared Tomich a few years ago. He hairline fractured my ankle with a linedrive back when I played 3B. I couldn't even get my mitt down in time to stop the direct hit off my ankle.

I found a couple interesting videos here from the archive of "stuck" ground rule doubles. In this one, the announcers rip the OFers for not getting the ball in sooner after they raised their arms. They are saying the fielder is not an umpire, he can't assume the ump will make the call correctly, so he needs to get the ball back in to play. http://wapc.mlb.com/play/?content_id=29124899&c_id=mlb In this video, the ball goes through a crack in the wall and is IMMEDIATELY ruled dead and a ground rule double.
