You do. We're saying the same thing the wording of "lowering your bonus pool" just read a little weird to me, because it doesn't affect any of the other slots, but yeah, technically I guess it does.

It doesn't lower the bonus pool, you just don't get to redistribute that slot money elsewhere.

Yep, that's what I would be doing. Draft guys with an extreme tool, and hope a couple other tools develop. The pitchers who can throw flames, the hitters who can burn, the bats that can slug.
