  1. Keppinger DP to cap it off?
  2. Alright three more innings. Let's go.
  3. Don Cooper is probably eating hospital jello watching this s***.
  4. QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 9, 2013 -> 08:08 PM) Sox starters are seemingly done after 80 pitches so far this year in terms of having anything left in the tank. I wonder if that's happening around baseball. There have been a lot of good pitchers that didn't have good second starts this year for some reason.
  5. I'm hoping for the best, but is anyone going to be surprised if the Sox are 11-16 on May 1st? This team could go either way.
  6. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Apr 9, 2013 -> 08:03 PM) Why was Myers coming out of the pen? Thought he was going to be a starter It's possible they were skipping him, but necessity with the Carrasco ejection.
  7. QUOTE (Baron @ Apr 9, 2013 -> 08:01 PM) So turning Brett Myers into a starter was a terrible idea lol He came out of the pen tonight. Carrasco came back from a suspension from 2011, then promptly got ejected for hitting Youkilis.
  8. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 9, 2013 -> 07:59 PM) Rey Olmedo, your time to shine. It's still Ray.
  9. Cmon Paulie, it's time.
  10. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Apr 9, 2013 -> 07:44 PM) Sox did and paid him as such. 3 yrs/12 mil....kind of in between. They overpaid to get SOMEBODY in there. He's a journeyman player that can hit lefties and had a great year last year. If Gillaspie makes the most of his opportunities, it could be more of a platoon thing.
  11. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Apr 9, 2013 -> 07:40 PM) Kepp has been horrid in the 2 spot. I never really thought of him as a 150 game kind of guy anyway. We'll see more of Gillaspie, and there's a chance he'll play himself into a regular.
  12. C'mon Kepp. Do something.
  13. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Apr 9, 2013 -> 07:31 PM) Peavy very angry. God Bless it!
  14. Gio at 84 pitches. We got that going for us.
  15. The thing with Viciedo that's frustrating, is that he hasn't shown that he's a good baseball player. He's got bat speed and incredible power, but he has no process at the plate.
  16. QUOTE (Reddy @ Apr 9, 2013 -> 07:05 PM) without whom we'd have two more losses... it's early guys. seriously. Not necessarily, but ok.
  17. QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Apr 9, 2013 -> 06:47 PM) You just said that flip sunglasses look uncool, so what exactly are the players supposed to do then? If they have two options: 1) Look decent with sunglasses resting on the brim or 2) wear s***ty flip sunglasses; which one do you think they'll choose? I don't think flip sunglasses look uncool. They do for some reason. I guess my beef is when a player loses the ball in the sun and their sunglasses are on top their hat. And I've seen it more than a few times.

  20. QUOTE (buhbuhburrrrlz @ Apr 9, 2013 -> 03:12 PM) White Sox pitching coach Don Cooper will miss Tuesday's game after he was hospitalized with diverticulitis. (Diverticulitis is small, bulging sacs or pouches of the inner lining of the intestine (diverticulosis) that become inflamed or infected. Most often, these pouches are in the large intestine (colon) I'd like to know how many drinks he had between getting on the plane and the end of the basketball game last night.
