I agree 100%. If we were up 5 or 6 gms u might be able to give him a couple more chances. But it's too risky at this point. If he's not gettin guys out in Charlotte u may as well stick a fork in him.

I'm not about to aplogize for doubting this team. We've at times looked like the 27 Yanks. And at other times looked like the 01 Devil Rays. I'm still dissapointed that we're not running away with this sorry ass division. And as far as calling anybody out. Wait till we've won the division before u start all the I told u so's....

I would love to see Robbie back here at the right price. He's played very well for the Sox and has proven he's still got a lil somethin left. But lets not forget for as well as Robbie has played he's past his prime and probably doesn't have anymore than 2-3 good years left if that. I want Robbie back but at the right price...

I was checkin out the Sox farm system and noticed Gabe Alvarez is having a pretty good season for Birmingham. He's hittin over .300 with 11 hr's and is 4th or 5th in the Southern league in rbi's. Anybody know anything about this guy?

I was wondering where I would find the magazine? there should be somewhere on the site where you can order it directly from them and have it delivered to your door step... otherwise any news stand in the city has it and ive seen them at ohare airport in the news shops.......sorry....... I like how u said whoever stuck by Crede through thick and thin deserves credit. And those people know who they are. But there's a lot of people who wanted to get rid of him a month ago. Even some people from soxtalk "u know who u are". But it's really good to see him swinging the bat like he's capable. I've known all along he could hit. A 2 time minor league player of the year. As well as we're playing now I wanna see what we do against an ELITE team on the ROAD. I think if we can take 2 outta 3 against the Yanks that would be a HUGE confidence booster the rest of the way. But lets sweep Texas tomorrow and end this homestand 7-0...

I think a lot of us have been critical about Carlos over the last couple years. And quite frankly, The criticism has been fair. But I think this season Carlos has pretty much silenced the critics. He could quite possibly finish with atleast 35 hr's and somwhere around 115-120 rbi's, Not to mention a .300 average being within reach. Those r the kinda numbers we thought he could put up all along. and his defense is about 5 times better than it was in 2001. Way to go Carlos
