QUOTE (RockRaines @ Mar 10, 2017 -> 09:01 PM) Team is tired as hell tonight. Kane gives up probably the clinching goal. Not a good time to get tired. The schedule only gets tighter from here and out and they got an early morning game on Sunday. It will be interesting because if they win that game straight up, they have a reason to keep going all out, but if they lose they almost got nothing to play for the last 3 weeks.

QUOTE (RockRaines @ Mar 10, 2017 -> 08:26 PM) It cant be all of them though.... Or maybe I have too much faith in humanity The Trump voters I know don't like him at all but thanks to the two party system, it was him or a Clinton. The news just shows the poor Midwest voters but he won thanks to millions of rich, educated men and women who chose R over D, simple as that.

Black Unicorn to Green Bay. No doubt that he is gonna kill it up there. Minimum 250 yards and 3 touchdowns in the 2 games vs the Bears -

QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Mar 10, 2017 -> 01:25 PM) "Thank you for your support in 2016," Phillips wrote. "It was a challenging and disappointing season. One we will not repeat." "We are positioned for an exciting offseason with the third overall pick in the draft and one of best salary-cap situations in the NFL heading into free agency," Phillips wrote. "We will take advantage of these assets to bring in more talent." Alrighty then. Can I use that as evidence to dispute my 2017 season ticket payment on my credit card? -

QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Mar 9, 2017 -> 11:24 AM) Reading some rumors that Crean to Mizzou is getting close. That would suck. Mizzou would be better and Indiana could likely get better too -
Ryan Dempster, 4 years removed from MLB, starting for Canada against the monstrous Dominican lineup. This should go well.

QUOTE (Sox-35th @ Mar 9, 2017 -> 03:59 PM) You roll it over. It's part of the game. What you cannot do if you're Chicago is overpay for what's left of free agency. And the cheap bulls*** is lazy research. If there was $40 million worth of high value talent, the Bears would spend ALL the cap space. There isn't. I am cap illiterate. How does rolling over cap space work? -

QUOTE (bmags @ Mar 9, 2017 -> 02:38 PM) I really like that move by Cleveland. Great move, way to think outside the box. Using extra cap space to buy a 2nd round draft pick. I wouldn't be surprised if they just cut Osweiler. -
QUOTE (Brian @ Mar 9, 2017 -> 01:25 PM) Nice white collar win. I just saw that quote on Twitter. Way to go Mav.

QUOTE (bmags @ Mar 9, 2017 -> 11:06 AM) There are interesting ideas around guaranteeing catastrophe insurance but that is much more effective if we got out of employer provided healthcare and that is too scary for people. My friends were discussing this a while back, but when did employer based healthcare become the rule? Is that something unions had bargained for? Why isn't it something that people just purchase on their own? Now you are limited to the plans and provider your company chooses. You can't really upgrade it if you wanted to. And if you work a small company, then you are limited to the few plans available on an individual basis. Most companies won't even off individual coverage. When did this all become a thing?

QUOTE (shipps @ Mar 9, 2017 -> 10:44 AM) Rumor is that Bears are signing Quintin Demps S who is 32 years old. Doing this thing again huh? But he's a young 32, Kevin Fishbain @kfishbain 3m3 minutes ago More Quintin Demps does turn 32 in June, but he has only been a full-time starter for 2 seasons and played in only 20 games from 2009-11. -

Glennon better come out on fire, because he is already majorly disliked, ha. At least people were excited for the Cutler trade at the start -
Michigan arrived this morning and has to play in practice jerseys, because they had to leave their real jerseys on the plane due to FAA investigation. The game start was only delayed 20 minutes. This is gonna be a fitting way to end the Groce era.

QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Mar 9, 2017 -> 09:13 AM) Jacksonville has a few better players. Just about all of their good players were draft picks. Their free agent signings have been a disaster. Have you seen the Bears draft picks recently? I'm not saying they could have built a Super Bowl champion this offseason. You have to build your core through the draft. But when your roster is devoid of talent, you have tons of available cap space, you raised season tickets prices after a 3-13 season ($0.80/game for me, but still), I don't want to see them miss on free agents because they are trying to save cents on the dollar. -

QUOTE (shipps @ Mar 9, 2017 -> 08:40 AM) And its Free Agency! Everyone overpays in FA. How does Pace not understand that? Especially when you are coming off a 3-13 season and don't have a QB. You have to pay to play. Even Jacksonville gets that! -
QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Mar 1, 2017 -> 10:17 AM) Not a fan of the team format with each team going to every other elimination. The challenges really don't mean anything At least offer the winners immunity. Instead they have to pick a person, but can easily get picked off themselves.

So you're telling me they aren't going to magically restore all of the privileges that Obamacare took away from me, huh? Go figure.

I was watching the Barca game, but figured it was over after 80 minutes and my kid woke up early so I left the house. Holy s*** what a comeback I missed!
