  1. What the hell is going on? Is Cutler mentally destroyed?
  2. Here's a tip: RUN SHORTER ROUTES. They're running Knox and Hester down the sideline 20 yards away, Cutler doesn't have that kind of time to let the play progress. They need to run those plays they ran against the Cowboys after Cutler was destroyed early in that game.
  3. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Sep 28, 2010 -> 12:00 PM) I call bulls***. Both teams made mistakes and while the Packers had a ton of penalties a lot of those holdings were because that was the only thing the oline could do to stop peppers. The false starts, they were scared of Peppers. And you talk about the couple interceptions that were turned back. Well, a helmet shot forced a Cutler pass short and thus an interception and that was an evident PI on the long ball to Bennett. It was an intentional under-throw (it floated too long though) but without the PI Bennett is there, although he probably doesn't make the catch (as the Packer safety would have given him a good hit), but there wouldn't have been a pick on the ball. I'll take the win and I thought our defense did well. It forced Rodgers to do the under-neath stuff and held up when it needed to in the red zone. Giving up 17 points against the Packers offense is a very good thing, imo. And all the while we missed a ton of tackles and didn't play our best. Did GB, absolutely not. But I think the Bears learned a lot about themselves this game and they will continue to improve as the season progresses. They might just be a much better team than I thought they were. Clearly, our oline is still a massive work in process, but I have faith in Tice and I also know the Bears have draft picks during this years draft to help address the line. I'll take the win and while Cutler didn't have a great game, he played tough and helped them win. f*** yes. How's that bulls***? The Packers made a ton of stupid mistakes and seemingly outplayed the Bears for pretty much the entire first half. There's no doubt they're the more talented team, they just didn't play like a very smart one. That's like saying the Sox didn't give a game away after losing to the Royals or Indians after 5 balks and 5 errors.
  4. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Sep 28, 2010 -> 12:14 AM) "Next summer, I shall take my talents to South Beach to play with LeBron." I have a feeling that Paulie's game might be similar to Brad Miller's...xD
  5. Who would have thought the Bears would be the last undefeated team in the NFC after 3 games?
  6. QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 27, 2010 -> 10:45 PM) Yeah, did the officials just call the play dead because it was clearly not going to count? They should have called it dead on the first forward pass. What the hell was that guy thinking?
  7. The Packers gave the Bears this game.
  8. 3-0!!!! That got ridiculous on the laterals.
  9. Squib it on the kickoff.
  10. Packers will have one play left.
  11. Wow, we got so lucky, SO LUCKY. That was such a bad risk... We've lucked out so many times.
  12. Need at least one more 1st.
  13. What a catch by Olsen.
  14. This drive is looking rather lackluster. Come on, you just got the ball back, drive!
  15. Not a good challenge by the Packers, especially if they've seen the replay.
  16. QUOTE (ChWRoCk2 @ Sep 27, 2010 -> 10:26 PM) Idc what it was before the new rules lol, a flag is a flag, my team has had 15 thrown on us today, I'll take what I can get vs. the Bears. My complaint was that the new rules are too soft... So yes, it does matter since you quoted me on it.
  17. Rodgers shouldn't be able to run like this.
  18. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Sep 27, 2010 -> 10:13 PM) David Price not happy with Rays fans That is pretty bad.
  19. QUOTE (ChWRoCk2 @ Sep 27, 2010 -> 10:19 PM) No s***, but were even after the Rodgers roughing the passer. Are we? Cutler's penalty would have been a penalty before the new rules. Rodgers' wouldn't have been. How's that even?
  20. QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 27, 2010 -> 10:19 PM) No reason in the world to run the ball on 2nd down. Lovie's train of thought: we must mix it up!
  21. TD on that drive might have sealed it.
  22. QUOTE (ChWRoCk2 @ Sep 27, 2010 -> 10:17 PM) You were saying... Packers are throwing this game away with flags. That was clearly helmet to helmet. That's been a penalty for a while now.
  23. QUOTE (zenryan @ Sep 27, 2010 -> 10:14 PM) Is there a team dumber then GB? I don't think so, not after that...
  24. Cutler got destroyed by the LB there. Definitely not a soft penalty.
