If he's out, we're about to see just how bad this supporting cast is with Siemian at QB.

They can still make it out of groups, but this current team isn't good enough to really do much more than that. They're young, inexperienced, and Berhalter is not a good coach. There's talent there though. Hopefully we get a real coach after this World Cup. We're also gonna need Reyna to stay healthy and keep developing. He's our best shot to have a team that can go far in 2026.

He's straight up missing throws average QBs make. You can argue that he and his receivers aren't on the same page, but he's missing wide open guys like Trubisky used to.

Probably not, but Winker's offensive peripherals last year were pretty bad. His exit velo dropped a lot, as did his hard hit % and barrel%. It wasn't just him moving to Seattle that caused a lot of his issues. He straight up wasn't hitting the ball as hard as he did in Cincy.

I totally forgot about Gurriel. Merrifield is more of a utility guy, so I doubt they would want him in the OF full-time.

He's also coming off shoulder surgery. It's his right shoulder and he throws with his left, so maybe it won't affect him too much in the OF. I'm not sure what the implications of a shoulder injury are for a hitter though.

I doubt teams claim him at $4 million.

Teoscar doesn't make sense for this team. He destroys lefties, but is just alright against righties. We have a bunch of those types of hitters on the team already.
