  1. It's not just that this team has lost 8 in a row, it's how they've been losing. They haven't scored more than 4 runs even once in the last 11 games. They now have the worst run differential in the AL. They lead the league in errors and have the worst WHIP in baseball. Pretty much nothing is going right.
  2. Honestly, the eventual blowup and getting rid of TLR is what's letting me cope with how bad this team has been.
  3. I think the eventual off the field blow up for this team will be far more entertaining than the product on the field.
  4. Statcast said that went 403 feet. How is that not gone in LF?
  5. I guess we suck against everyone, not just righties.
  6. lol TLR definitely got a talking to. Who knows if he took it seriously or not.
  7. Hahn explains the surgery here. When you have 3 guys go down to the same type of injury, we're clearly doing something wrong in the strength and conditioning department.
  8. How is the injury similar at all to Grandal and Lynn's injuries? Those were knee injuries, this is a hamstring.
  9. Oh wow that's bad. And I thought league offense was trash last April.
  10. If I know anything about baseball players, it's that they care where they hit in the order. These guys may be pros and not say anything, but I think deep down, they care.
  11. I really didn't understand them throwing 2 off speed pitches to Godoy when he clearly couldn't hit the fastball.
  12. Are Keuchel and Velasquez really that much better than what the Twins threw out there after Berrios, Maeda, and Pineda?
  13. I've been saying this, but this team feels exactly like the Twins team last year. Injuries, terrible defense, and bullpen implosions killed that team in April and they never recovered. Both teams started the year with a good shot to win the Central. The Twins had like a 50% shot according to FG on opening day in 2021. FG had the Sox at 60% this year. By May 1st, the Twins were 9-16 and their chances had dropped to just 17%. This can get out of control really quick if this team doesn't figure it out fast.
  14. If freaking Jay Cuda can see this, why the hell hasn't he corrected it?
  15. I did not expect Yaz to injure someone cause he sucks at throwing the ball back to the pitcher.
  16. It's gonna be something like...Liam told me not to come out. Like dude...you're the manager.
  17. We're doing exactly what the Twins did last year. We're 2-7 against the division so far.
  18. Oh my god...this fucking team and their weird ass injuries.
  19. What do you think it is? He looked there was something wrong between every pitch.
  20. Also how the fuck do you let Godoy walk twice? That totally changed the game today.
  21. 7 in a row. How many in a row does it have to be before Tony is on the actual hot seat?
