Castillo would have required giving up Vaughn if that's what the Reds got for him. These starters are gonna cost a lot to acquire and I sure hope Hahn doesn't give in to bolster this nearly hopeless team.

I hate being a whiny b****, but every time a trade like this happens with another club coming off a rebuild I think of how Hahn botched almost every draft during the rebuild and not gave us the ammo needed to add talent via trade.
