Does anyone know how “youth” passes work? I just bought regular GA tickets for me & my 5 year old son and assume my 2 year son is free. But I saw there are special “youth weekend” passes that allow access kid autograph sessions & events. Are these actually different in terms of access or are they simply a reduced price for kids when staying the whole weekend?

Based on Hahn’s comments regarding where Eloy would hit in the lineup, it’s pretty clear IMO this move is happening at some point in the next few days. And just because I’m bored as fuck, I’m going to dream about what our lineup would look like with Machado, Joc, & Jimenez. Moncada, 2B Machado, 3B Abreu, DH Pederson, CF Jimenez, LF Alonso, 1B Castillo, C Palka, RF Anderson, SS That lineup could potentially hit 230+ HRs and the team could threaten for a spot in the top 10 most HRs in a single season.

100% agree. I was originally hopeful that Hahn would only consider a move like this if on favorables terms and then convinced myself yesterday that he’d have to pay FMV for Joc. Right now, it sounds like Hahn is getting him at a discount and I find it difficult for anyone to b**** about this move if the price is this low.

Laz is interesting and all else being equal I’d rather not give him up, but he’s going to be 24 1/2 years old come opening and just hitting AA. Plus he doesn’t walk at all. For Joc, he’s a no-brainer add IMO.

To me, if we add Joc then Machado is in the bag and another starting pitcher (Gio Gonzalez most likely) should be shortly behind. And that’s why this gets me hyped up.
