One thing I've noticed Mena do today that I haven't noticed in the past is vary up his timing. At least twice today during his windup he will bring the leg up and pause much longer than normal before delivering a pitch. Unsure how common that is.

Lol. I actually haven't really tuned in over the past week or so. Road tripped to Chicago to get tattooed and see the parents. Good to hear on DJ. I hope he's swinging and missing less. Haven't checked the numbers lately. The power is stupid good. Would love to see him flourish.

Hmm. Wonder if that stretch of him not playing for a while in May is somewhat related to this. I'm not sure we ever received confirmation of injury. The occurrence was so odd with him removing himself from the game and marching into the clubhouse by himself. /End speculation.
