QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Mar 24, 2016 -> 08:21 AM) Batman vs Superman currently sits at 33% at rotten tomatoes, and this of course can change after the official release at midnight but I highly doubt it moves up dramatically. Articles are starting to come out questioning if negative reviews will affect the Box office.. One thing I dont doubt is that the movie will make money based on the property alone, but I don't think it is going to break the previous benchmarks from Jurassic World and Age of Ultron as predicted

QUOTE (Brian @ Mar 23, 2016 -> 08:34 PM) Damn Punisher! Bernthal was nothing short of amazing.

Got this email from the White House.

QUOTE (Brian @ Mar 23, 2016 -> 02:39 PM) I'll take consensus of critics over consensus of fanboys every time. I'm sorry that you think Raise Your Voice isn't that good.

Dang. Pulling for this kid.

QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Mar 23, 2016 -> 02:29 PM) Great, now the attacks on Raise your Voice start.

QUOTE (Joshua Strong @ Mar 23, 2016 -> 01:52 PM) That's not JJ's Alias. The Max imprint was used mostly for one off stories. Jessica Jones/Alias was the only mainstay and she wasn't considered to be part of the larger Marvel universe by most people. My point still stands that because she was under the MAX branch, Alias' mature tone was forgiven. Right, like I said, it was semantics.

QUOTE (Joshua Strong @ Mar 23, 2016 -> 01:38 PM) Because of their placement on Netflix, those shows aren't considered a part of the MCU when they are by GA members. I view the Netflix stuff as the MCU's Marvel Knights, if you don't know that was a branch of comics that were more mature and adult. Daredevil, Punisher and Jessica Jones were part of the MK branch and those comics were always forgiven for not being tonally similar to the rest of the Marvel universe. DC has books that were very light compared to everything else too. If Marvel released a DD film as dark as the show, it would bother and confuse people. Sematnics, but JJ's Alias wasn't part of Marvel Knights. It was part of Marvel's MAX imprint, which was even more mature and adult than Knights.

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Mar 23, 2016 -> 01:24 PM) Nobody cares if these movies are lighthearted or dark it's just if they're good or bad. For the most part Marvel movies have been good and DC not so much, not much else to it. For real. If you took the first four episodes of Daredevil Season 2 and edited them into a film, it'd be dark, gritty and really f***ing good.

QUOTE (chitownsportsfan @ Mar 23, 2016 -> 01:20 PM) I dunno but Lance Broadway has apparently transitioned to a fairly successful film career. Some people got all the genetic luck. Not only did he have a helluva arm he also looks like a Norse God in his IMDB photos. The name is much more fitting for acting.

Things I've seen consistently in reviews: Affleck and Irons are good, Gal Gadot ain't bad, Cavill is just there, Luthor is a 1960s Batman villain, the plot structure is a jumbled mess, Doomsday is god awful and the movie is trying too hard to make every scene iconic. IGN dubbed it "competent". I was expecting BvS to at least be getting a 50% on RT - which is the bench mark I'm wanting before I see it. It'll be interesting if this is the film that causes the superhero bubble to burst.

Daredevil Season 2 is the best superhero live action production by far, film or TV. It somehow blew its first season and Jessica Jones out of the water.

QUOTE (SCCWS @ Mar 22, 2016 -> 09:55 AM) Not sure what you base that on. Jones, Floyd and Danks all had arm/shoulder surgery in recent years. It seems almost every team is losing a pitcher a year to the same type surgeries. Then go look at other orgs. Sox have the top training staff in the league.

A witch hunt? For f***'s sake.

QUOTE (greg775 @ Mar 21, 2016 -> 01:31 PM) This is just irresponsible of the government. Same thing is going on in Kansas with its moronic republican governor. It's amazing how the government is letting us down and at the top we're going for the same ol same ol with Hillary set to win in a landslide.

QUOTE (Joshua Strong @ Mar 20, 2016 -> 07:57 PM) Ken Williams Yeah, sorry. Just like I can't ever hate Ozzie, I can't ever hate Kenny. Without them, no 2005.

QUOTE (bucket-of-suck @ Mar 18, 2016 -> 10:31 PM) KW asked Adam several times to keep Drake off the field during drills as the org would be liable for any injury that occurred to his boy. Adam flat out refused time and again to a belligerent degree. That is what set off Kenny and he wasn't the only one that was concerned. Ironically Kenny was more concerned about Drake's safety than Mr. #FamilyFirst. That's what some need to know about LaRoche's behavior. Coming from Bucket, I'm going to now side with Kenny.

QUOTE (Kalapse @ Mar 18, 2016 -> 08:46 PM) Daulerio did them in by acting like a f***ing child at his deposition. Not sure what he was trying to accomplish other than entertaining himself but condoning the publishing of child porn while under oath lost them the case on the spot. Yeah, not sure why he and Denton thought antagonizing the courtroom was a good idea.

Why the hell was Drake on the mound during a drill?
