  1. LeBron got a foul call when there was 0 contact on him....and he didn't even flop...the fix is in.
  2. QUOTE (SCCWS @ Jun 15, 2014 -> 06:03 PM) Reed does allow homeruns, many solo ones. But he also has only allowed 13 earned runs and 4 walks in 29 innings. His replacement , Belisario, making big bucks now has allowed 18 earned runs. Reed is only 25 so maybe he gets better. Belisario is 32. Belisario is making big bucks?
  3. I feel like Davidson needs to go to the DL with a phantom injury or down to AA to regain confidence.
  4. Who's next up after Rienzo? Hanson? Beck? EJ part 2?
  5. I'd rather keep both picks (if they don't trade them for Love or Melo) than move up unless it's for a stud. You could snag LaVine and another piece with 16 and 19.
  6. QUOTE (GreenSox @ Jun 15, 2014 -> 12:57 PM) Kenny went the prospect route: traded TCQ for a single pitching prospect who was awful; traded Santos for a single pitching prospect who was awful; the prospect for EJ was a single pitching prospect who was awful. Note that all 3 single pitching prospects were "near ML ready" but actually had hit a peak and had already started to decline. Hahn has a lot of work to do over the next 6 weeks. No more flawed declining AAA prospects. Take the As and AAs with promise and develop them. For EJax we got Webb and Jaye while dumping Teahen....
  7. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jun 15, 2014 -> 10:51 AM) This is your worst post yet. This vs. Greg's "Chris Sale is not an ace yet" post?
  8. QUOTE (Marty34 @ Jun 14, 2014 -> 09:55 PM) He turned Peavy, Rios, Santiago, and Reed into nothing. Avi Garcia, Eaton, with Davidson, Montas, Rondon, and Wendelken in the minors? Davidson's struggled and Avi is injured, but they still have great potential. This is you blowing smoke out your ass.
  9. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Jun 14, 2014 -> 04:44 PM) De Aza was not Hahn, it was KW that brought him in. And he was damn good at first.
  10. Sending Eaton may have been risky. And man...Jose needs to develop patience.
  11. QUOTE (greg775 @ Jun 14, 2014 -> 02:55 PM) The Sox talent evaluators do need some help though. Flowers and L. Garcia appear to not be big leaguers and Beckham was a bust for that slot he was selected. Also our minor league outfielders that were supposed to be amazing and were picked high stink as well. What's more, Viciedo appears to be blah at best. All I ask is more efficient talent evaluation! Cause that's so easy. Sure struck out on those Sale and Quintana guys.
  12. But would the Sox prefer to start Rodon's clock if they got Montes de Oca as well
  13. Rick Hahn will acquire everyone for cash considerations
  14. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jun 13, 2014 -> 04:05 PM) Doug Padilla ‏@ESPNChiSox 3m Chris Sale's porn/CHP mustache is no more. Said he was sick of it a week ago, and finally went to the razor. HALLELUJAH
  15. QUOTE (The Mighty Mite @ Jun 13, 2014 -> 09:42 AM) My throne in Florida? Grow up. Says the 68 year old man who thinks that because he checks his iPhone he's more of a Sox fan than all of Chicago.
  16. QUOTE (The Mighty Mite @ Jun 13, 2014 -> 08:35 AM) 20,000 to watch Sale go up against Scherzer. Piss poor. Something is seriously wrong up there, a big market team and we are averaging 19,000+ a game. 28th in MLB in attendance. We have a nice team with a great new star in Abreu and one of the best pitchers in MLB, the team does not give up and deserves some support. Right now if I owned the Sox and the stadium contract was up I would move this team to somewhere were it would be appreciated. Chicago does not deserve the White Sox. I want all of you to know that I'm a 68 year old die hard White Sox fan who has lived and died with this team since 1953, I still get up in the middle of the night and check the Sox score on my I Phone and for me the to say this is sacreligious. I know the Sox have addressed some of the pricing issues but Sox fans seem like they have just lost interest in the team. I have lived in Florida for over 20 years but I supported the team the 48 years I lived up there and would still do so, every year when the Sox come to Tampa you will see me at the Trop. I worked evenings when we lived up there but always tried to make one game every home stand. I also belong to another Sox Board and there were 3 threads about last nights game. That's sad coming from a membership of 8,000. Bro tells cool story
