  1. Well of course, it's Hahn's fault Crochet's clock started. Ignore the fact that they could have locked him up and/or started him in the minors this year (for like what, 2 or 3 starts?) and gotten an extra year of control. KW/Hahn obviously let them in a bad spot, but the Sox have only made it worse since then (besides building starting pitcher depth. Bannister hire is looking A+).
  2. This is the single funniest thing that could happen this season, cause you know the Sox are mad that one of the best pitchers in baseball publicly wants an extension.
  3. If you look at June onward, Vaughn would be a legitimate upgrade for them. That's not a compliment to Vaughn.
  4. Yes, which is why I mentioned AJ. Thing is, it makes all of the "Chuck/Ozzie/Frank are taking this team to town!!!" takes weak.
  5. As much as I love Billy Hamilton, this is an insane person's take.
  6. When they gonna light up JR? Frank, Ozzie, Chuck and Pods are all PR guys designed to deflect blame from JR and Getz. Nothing more. That's why AJ isn't around.
  7. Look at the typo in the KLaw chat
  8. Alright, we live in a simulation
  9. Smart org does this, especially cause we've got Montoyo, Jirschele (although that shine has worn off tremendously with how Charlotte has gone) and I guess Sergio Santos that could all do just as good a job. Hell, the campfire milkshake could do just as good a job.
  10. Also, wild to me that D-Rob is still around. He's been on 8 teams since the Sox traded him.
  11. Lol so this critique is moving from Moncada to Robert now? Or do we need him to look like this jovial young man?
  12. Guys, the Nets acquiring Luis Robert and Andrew Benintendi is a plot twist that this season absolutely needs.
  13. Good work on defining the G.E.T.Z. system everyone. More efficient than the Sox with FAST.
  14. The relevant quotes Great Value Rick Hahn lawyer speak
  15. Pedro's in.
  16. Brought to you by the same owner that nearly killed Luol Deng with a spinal tap.
  17. At this point, I wonder if Colson should have stayed in Birmingham to start the year. Edit: Which, prospect rankings aren't the impetus behind that thought, but are making me wonder it aloud.
  18. The fact that we both put elderly for a rebuilding team does not bode well for the G.E.T.Z. system
  19. GRATING, ELDERLY, TERRIBLE, ZERO runs From the people who brought you FAST, which five words despite being a four letter acronym.
  20. When JR said the fans deserved a quick turnaround, this is what he meant:
  21. Getz desperately wants a developmental win where a prospect is call up to the big league club this year. Sosa was already around, so any development for him or Colas isn't good PR for the G.E.T.Z. system.
  22. The White Sox are here.
  23. His $6M or so per year in arbitration for two years will cripple us as a franchise. Can't take that chance.
