I think that's great the front office got pieces of our minds. did anybody ask kw about starting pitching? he said pitching is his main concern so from not signing anybody, who will start for us?

I know lots of sox fans here are going to soxfest, so can anybody summarize the experience as much as you can. Thanks a lot! Those of us who are not able to go will sure appreciate any info. I am wearing my sox jersey today even though I am not there at soxfest. Gotta show my love for the team.

washburn is much more reliable than schoenweiss so I want this trade. pitching is very important just look at the A's. i am also ready for a change. just like Rogers said, ozzie is getting almost the same heart of the lineup/team that failed manuel. we need a change of hearts not to be cheezy or anything.

How about Josh Stewart? Is he healthy?

1. Crede - defense and offense should improve consistently 2. Olivo - his offense might still be on the low side but his defense and play calling are going to improve 3. Konerko - where else can he go other than up. he played great when he was on a contract year and struggled after given a contract. we'll see if he's more for the money or he is really good. Lee is the same, played his best last year because its a contract year. 4. Rowand - like the attitude and hassle. do not know if consistent enough to be an everyday play. I guess we'll find out what we have with Rowand and Willie. 5. Harris - cant get any of my hopes up for big willie. we cant steal first base so I dont know how he can get there.

DBAHO, we lost out on Moss. We both wanted him but somehow Tampa got them. Why couldnt they teach the "cutter" to Moss instead of the highly touted Schoney who KW wanted to trade for 3 years ago. I hope we can be quick to pull him or whoever is the 4th and 5th starter whenever they started to suck. Todd Ritchie all over again.

I read somewhere he throws sidearm with 4 pitches - fastball 82-88mph, change up, slider and sinker.

I wanted him to sign with us. He's cheap so why not give him a chance. He was good at Atlanta and I keep hoping he is the other lefty on our rotation instead of Schoenweis.

If we are letting go of KOCH, we better get a good trade. other teams wants him and make them outbid each other.

Damn! With his stats (ERA and Saves from the last couple of years) I would take him anytime! This is a big surprise that we got somebody who other teams really wanted.

Damn the cubs are seem to be getting players that we needed to get. Todd Walker a 2nd basemen we needed. Then they got Dempster who is still young and pretty good is worth giving him a chance. Has anybody else rebounded from this kind of injury?

Did he sound excited on his voice when he said we are going to make a move? The division is up for the taking and we arent doing anything. We have the same team and we have lost the division 2 consecutive years now so definitely we need a change.

Hopefully with our inactivity to land 2 starting pitchers, people in our system steps up. We need guys like Willis and Becket of the Marlins to have the same impact. I hope Cotts/Rauch/Diaz can cut it. Its been a while we keep hearing them so we need to see them now in the majors.

D-rays are after him. I want him instead of Schoney getting the 4th or 5th spot on the rotation. The way I see it, if we stretch him to start, we have the same situation for the last couple of years with Dan Wright or Gary Glover where we basically give up the win everytime the 5th spot comes

Heard it on 670 the Score. They signed with the Rangers. I guess pitching wins baseball and "grinders" in KW's plan is just another way of saying we aint doin s***.
