  1. Or just play Dunn in LF.
  2. It doesn't matter where your feet go AFTER you catch the ball--it's all about where your feet are WHILE catching the ball or if they are not on the ground while you catch the ball where they were most recently. Of course, if there are less than 2 outs and runners on base, landing/running out of play can certainly make it easier for the runners to advance.
  3. It's a 40-degree Wednesday afternoon in April and it's against Kansas City. Unless you have season tickets or you really, really want to go to a game where you can get a good seat, you're going to wait for a better spot.
  4. I think if your feet are actually ON the fence that's OK, but I'm not 100% certain on that. If your feet have been grounded on the other side of the fence then that's definitely not OK, though I can't remember ever seeing that happen in a major league game.
  5. Only if your feet are in play or were in play when they were last on the ground. If you jumped into the stands and actually had your feet on the ground before you caught the ball it would not be an out.
  6. Don't know if you're serious or not but that would still be a HR.
  7. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2013/04/03/suspe...test=latestnews Apparently amidst all our debate about whether or not to take guns away from people, we forgot to take guns away from cars . . .
  8. Wait a minute--Flowers wasn't on "the list"
  9. Might have been the same five people watching to see themselves on TV since this was tape delayed.
  10. Does this really need a separate thread? Seems like it's the kind of topic that could be covered in the catch-all thread.
  11. Yeah, on Facebook among my friends I'm in the 95th-99th percentile of baseball/Sox knowledge and on Soxtalk I'm probably in the 30th-60th percentile.
  12. How do you have control over who reads your Twitter feed?

  14. If you've paid any attention at all, I've made it quite clear that even though I'm an ND football fan, I'm no fan of Brian Kelly.
  15. http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball...nas-sean-miller
  16. Mods please change thread title to "Steve Alford is just like every other coach"
  17. Do you have a link or any details about this? Also, the mlb.tv and MLBEI blackout rules are exactly the same so any changes will likely affect both.
  18. Tubby Smith to Texas Tech per ESPN.
  19. That's not really a conspiracy theory either. Bud has said that it's something that could happen "down the road". I think they're just waiting for some old school NL owners to sell/die because once the NL has enough votes to adopt the DH, the leagues will vanish and you will have entirely geographic divisions.
