Cooley is a decent shooter out to about 12-13 feet, especially along the baseline. He's also an excellent offensive rebounder.

You have a better chance of an infielder learning outfield (such as Lillibridge) than the opposite. Others on here have probably seen Sanchez, Keppinger, and Gillispie more to know how they specifically might fare.

I don't know how this gets resolved for this year, but my guess is that beginning in 2014, any MLB team that shares a stadium/parking with an NFL team will be scheduled to be on the road the first Thursday in September to avoid the conflict ahead of time. Of course, if the Bears would just win the Super Bowl every year, then there's no problem.

I agree with pretty much all of this. I work in a historical, 80 year old building. People who come to visit once or twice a year think they're visiting somewhere really cool. People who come here to work 260 days a year thing they're coming to a dump. I can imagine many Cubs employees, including players, feel the same way.

Mississippi is on a roll right now, and Wisconsin's style, while very effective in the BIG, always seems to get them booted early in the tournament. Notre Dame has a habit of losing to double digit seeds. Oh, and I think Boise State has a chance at K-State.

Both of those upsets are certainly possible, but not likely. I try to stay away from picking 13-4 and 14-3 upsets unless I have a really strong feeling because more often than not, you pick the wrong upsets and then you not only get those games wrong but also the upsets that actually happen. Going by the computer ratings, Colorado is the 10 seed that is most likely to win.

CBS does what they can to get people to watch the game before the bracket revealing. They talk live with the selection chair before the game and at halftime, and they make sure Nantz/Buckner talk a lot about #1 seeds, bubble teams, etc., during the game. Of course when it's a Wisconsin game, there's plenty of time to fill with such discussion.
