  1. It’s unbelievable how bad our ACL team. Barely any talent. So glad Paddy is gone!
  2. Also #34 pick add another $1 million on the 5% overage.
  3. I get the trade. Huge logjam at middle infield with Roch or Emerson tomorrow. With this trade you will be able to get two high upside high school players that will hold trade value and sustain the farm system to keep on producing and developing on a consistent basis. It’s a crapshoot, but the MLB analytics weren’t the greatest for Gonzo when he was called up. He’s not playing in Charlotte in the MLB.
  4. espn will not be covering the draft. Always enjoy listening to Kiley’s perspective.
  5. I’ll always go with the player who’s almost 3 years younger. I think once Emerson gets stronger the hit and power will be plus. I worry about Roch hitting plus velocity and his lack of athleticism. I’m being picky here-lol. I still will be happy with picking Roch though. I’m just a bigger fan of Emerson and his ceiling.
  6. I’m hoping for Emerson because of the upside and little concerned with Roch handing MLB velocity. My gut is telling me Sox brass has been on Roch since HS and will be selecting him.
  7. This would be so bad for the game of baseball!
  8. We signed Patino from the Dodgers
  9. Oppor might have the yips. Jeez
  10. Vahn Lackey Player Profile School: Georgia Tech, Bats: R, Throws: R I had the White Sox with Grady Emerson in my first mock draft, and mentioned Jacob Lombard as well. In this case, nothing has actually changed — I believe their mix still includes those two, and, yes, Roch Cholowsky. It has just sounded a little more like they’re leaning towards Lackey in the last week or so.
  11. Roch season over. Another disappointing game. I do have concerns with how the bat will play against elite pitching
  12. Roch season might be ending. I would have never thought anyone would be drafted ahead of him this season, but it might happen.
  13. Zavala’s swing has gotten short and quick. Also the leg kick has quieted down. Like what I’m seeing.
  14. I have a friend that knows one of the trainers with the Red Sox. Mentioned Giolito’s medicals is so bad. Arm will not last a season. They red flagged him.
  15. https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/47754884/mlb-2026-driveline-baseball-hitting-lab-analytics-edgar-quero-chicago-white-sox Great read-Big focus on Quero
  16. I couldn’t believe how low Montgomery was. Yesterday was the top 100. I went through it 3 times thought I skipped him.
  17. Opper #118 McDougal #164 Montgonery#189
  18. Ryan Burrowes has had a nice bounce back year just looking at the stats. Still super young. Any of our Sox writers can give their thoughts on him. Only thing I heard in an interview a couple months ago was he’s still very raw with the fundamentals of the game. Has never really watched baseball on tv before signing, so will sometimes makes a lot silly mistakes. lol! Hopefully wee are seeing progress in that area.
  19. I’m not a Tibbs fan. He can’t hit lefties. Platoon bat.
  20. Tauchman asked not to be traded. Has a daughter going through medical issues and his family is all lives in Illinois. Support network to help them out.
