You would 100% not know the difference if there were robo umps making the calls. The robot would be a little voice in the home plate umpire's ear. The voice says strike, the ump calls strike. The end. No need to waste time with replay. Just get the call right by a robot the first time.

Not really fair to compare what Reinsdorf has let Williams/Hahn do to what Paxson/Forman have done. The plan for the White Sox is clear and has been executed as expected. This Bulls thing is a disaster. The Bulls could not blow a hire worse than what they did firing Hoiberg to hire Boylen.

This is baseball malpractice. You want a prime year, not a set of early season games. Regardless of how you feel about whether or not it's right, the White Sox need control as long as possible. No defense needed. Rules are the rules. Here's what they can say: "We wanted the guys to start the season in meaningful but low stakes games."
