  1. “No more questions” *answers question 4 minutes later* You’re waiting for the Pats game? So, what, if they lose 23-20, you were right and we’re all stupid? What are you going for here?
  2. With a need at pass rusher, DB, OL depth, and most importantly offensive weapons, where would you have liked Pace to find a good QB "just in case?" "Is this Case Keenum? Case, this is Ryan Pace. We want to give you $36M over the next 2 years just in case the QB I drafted sucks ass. You're going to sit the bench, but if he hasn't proven to be the next Drew Brees after 30 NFL games, you'll play at that point."
  3. As of prior to week 4, Trubisky was a top 10 QB in football against pressure.
  4. Agree with you both. I'm a USC fan so it pains me to say this, but Rosen's going to be a good player. He reminds me a little of Matt Ryan but I think Rosen is even smoother on the field with a little Rodgers killer instinct in him. I would have went Rosen, Mayfield, Darnold then Allen, but what do I know?
  5. If the Cubs beat COL/LA, they play Milwaukee again. Side note: I, too, hope LA loses today because I think the Dodgers are a worse match-up for the Cubs.
  6. The short week + road game part yes, but obviously not so much the desperate 0-3 team. Those things I listed aren't excuses to lose a game by more than 5 touchdowns, though.
  7. How about a cross country trip against a desperate team on a short week. Those are 3 excuses. Done yet?
  8. If he’s “exactly correct,” that implies you already know what the problem is, so why did you start a thread asking what the problem is?
  9. These uniforms are perfect. They should go with the same ones on the road except white jerseys. Keep the pants the same.
  10. And per Rapoport, he won't play vs Tampa and is week to week.
  11. They also had Adrian Amos as the best safety in football last year, so yeah, they can still f*** off. They release player grades as soon as a game is complete. Even if 11 people from PFF are watching each game, I'm not sure how these grades can be anything more than a quick eye test guess, and yet I doubt 11 people are watching each game.
  12. They also don't have the consensus DPOY in their top 5 defensive players in the league through 3 weeks though, so that website can f*** off.
  13. Correct. I believe the Miami game that was PPD the other day would be the difference if the Sox and Fish finished with the same amount of wins.
  14. Yeah, Palka should have struck out on purpose last night
  15. He's 10th in the NFL in passer rating vs pressure.
  16. Trubisky's 10th in passer rating in the NFL when under pressure. Trubisky's passer rating is better than Rodgers' and Brady's on play action. Trubisky's completion percentage is 9th in the NFL despite taking the 5th most deep shots. Wentz was pretty blah in his first season in this offense, too. The issue was the Mack trade sped up the "rebuild" and now everyone demands more, but Trubisky needs time. Luckily,Amos, Jackson, Mack, Hicks, Floyd, Smith, Goldman and Fuller are all young. Again, he may end up sucking ass, but nobody has a way of knowing right now what the outcome will be.
  17. R-E-L-A-X First 15 starts in the NFL Rodgers: 91.4 rating Rivers: 90.5 rating Brady: 89.3 rating Newton: 85.0 rating Derek Carr: 77.7 rating Trubisky: 77.6 rating Cousins: 77.2 rating Brees: 75.7 rating Stafford: 73.0 rating P.Manning: 72.1 rating E.Manning: 72.0 rating Alex Smith: 63.5 rating
