Damn, I guess I'm one of the few people here who like stupid funny s***, because that movie had me rolling the whole time. "Sir, you have a massive erection" "No, its just an optical illusion with the pleats in the pants...im taking them back to the...pants...store." meh...it depends. anchorman was just a movie w/ a few good scenes/lines with waaaaay too much filler.

A big factor in how Iowa won... damn straight, with a minute left, 4 downs, and about 10 yards to go, why in god's name would you spike the ball on 1st down? Still, that play really didn't do one thing or another. Iowa would of burned a timeout then and LSU would of scored still. Time wouldn't of been wasted. When it comes to poor clock management you can't look past Iowa. Tate did such a good job on the first play and getting the 2nd play ran and then did awful the next time. Luckily they overcame it. They were the better team today and almost lost. LSU spiking the ball, allowed iowa to get the ball back with tons of time. And your right iowa's play call at the end was pretty terrible, they overcame it, congrats to them Ya, instead they would of ran a play and got a touchdown. Its a stupid play, but in terms of this game it didn't cost them. Nor did Iowa's poor clock management. Both teams got lucky in that regards. Its not like LSU was going to run the clock out, they just didn't need to be concerned with the time and should of just ran the TD play. Just my 2 cents though. on a side note, what's wrong with the quote feature?

  6. QUOTE (The Critic @ Jan 1, 2005 -> 12:10 PM) I felt the exact opposite about American Idiot. With the exception of the title song, I found the CD kinda dull. Too much mid-tempo, acoustic-driven stuff for my tastes. I think that's what makes the album so great. They've grown up and I guess I've always been a fan of the more acoustic type stuff.
  7. Let's see, the only CD's i bought this year I loved: Green Day - American Idiot Jimmy Eat World - Futures ....think that's it.
  8. I was gonna comment on this. It was pretty damn terrible, unfortunately the game was close enough where i had to watch most of it.
  9. -watching the illini -putting my seinfeld dvd's to good use.

    Better Focus

it wouldn't be an outrage if he's starting next year...but he's below average

    Better Focus

This year they told themselves that they're going to try a new angle, and they've gone through with the operations needed to become "that new angle.". We have 2 real holes, and that's something most teams in the league cannot say. This team is solid all around and if we sign both iguchi or AJ, i can honestly say we're one of the best teams in the league going into the season. KW looked pretty bad w/ the lee trade, but came through with a plan and is now looking great. bring on opening day.

    My Car Died

i have a '99 grand am that i bought from my dad 2 years ago. It has 100+ miles on it and still runs great. I've only had one problem in the almost 3 years i've owned it and that was a minor power steering hose problem.
  13. like someone said...if we get one of these 2 guys, i'd be extremely happy w/ this team. there aren't many teams out there that would only have 1 hole on their entire team, we'd be one of the most solid...definitely.
  14. nice find dude that sox pride one is badass.
  15. what the f*** is going on? is it bad i didn't notice anyone really missing until someone mentioned?
