I partially feel bad making this thread, because he seems like the type of guy who would lurk here and get upset by it, but oh well. His contract is up after the season. Supposedly the team got mad at him for the Mune samurai nickname. There's been rumors that they aren't big fans of his. Jimmy floated Wayne Randazzo. He's a local guy who worked at The Score back in the day. I've heard some of his calls and think he'd clearly be better than The Schriff. Fans seem to really like him. Would love for Benetti to come back when Ishbia takes over, but that's a while away.

I mean, there's no question. Look at how he's produced vs what he is paid. He has completely outproduced his contract and eaten a lot of innings.
