At least Michael has gone outside the org and hired what seemed to be competent people. I liked his hires of Billy Donovan and AKME initially. Obviously it has been a complete disaster. I wonder if Michael told AKME that he wanted to win now, or if it was all on AKME. Regardless, those seemed like good acquisitions at the time. Nothing like what Jerry does.

It's gotten so bad. I typically take the brown to work, which is usually fine. I took the red line at 6 PM from the Northside to 35th once this year. In that one trip/traincar, I saw the following: 2 different insane people screaming on the train 1 guy smoking a blunt 1 guy crushing something in a dollar bill, and he nodded off during it 1 guy that looked like a complete mess who was smoking something that smelled like plastic. Pretty sure it was crack. 1 guy trying to sell loose cigarettes and some other garbage All on one freaking traincar. It's become a complete joke.

Nightengale irritates the s%*# out of me. Especially his 670 the score interviews. I get that he needs to keep his sources, but he CONSTANTLY praises everything White Sox (or White Sox related). He just gave an interview on Mully and Haugh where he sung praises about Jerry, Hahn, KW, TLR, Getz and Moore. Barely any negative words about them. He thinks KW and Hahn will easily land jobs in the MLB in the future if they want. Really? I'm sure they have friends in high places, but these bozos will EASILY get front office jobs again? Come on.

I completely agree regarding Soldier Field. That would be an absolute nightmare. I drive on Jean Baptiste Point DuSable Lakeshore Drive often, and this would make it absolutely blow.

People keep mentioning Roosevelt and Clark. Unless things have changed, there was a plan for a massive development on that land. Keep in mind this was way back in 2016 when I heard about it. With the economy and how hard the Lightfoot administration made it for developers, this may have changed by now. As cool as it would be to have a stadium in the West loop, south loop, or near the UC, the traffic would make me want to gouge my eyes out. In my experience the Dan Ryan is the least shitty and traffic jammed of the major city highways. Keep the Sox traffic on there. Diverting more traffic to those other areas 81 days a year would be just awful.

The easiest way is to hit "other media" then "insert image from url". You can find an image from Google and just paste the link in. Only tricky thing is the link just end in ".jpg", ".gif", ".PNG" or some other image file type like that for it to work. A lot of the websites make the links NOT end in the image extension now, I'm assuming because they don't want to host images that people are posting a bunch. I assume the image below is what you were referring to. Love the outfit!

Whenever I go to the rate or the UC, they use the metal detectors, check bags, etc. Went to a Cubs game recently and they literally did not check anything or use metal detectors. I was surprised.
