Surkamp has been good last hand full of outings.

As a former college player, I was an outfielder (righty), I would of much rathered of faced a righty than a lefty. I honestly don't get it because with lefties at least for me, they have natural run on their fastball and a curve down and in to me is just deadly. But when facing a righty, I could read the fastball cutting or coming back in to me, and much easier to pick up a curve or slider and lay off. It just baffles me.

Wilkins has been beyond awful in his call up.

Eaton is a monster.

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but has anyone ever wondered how many kids AP has? He had a son die last year, and reportedly has beaten 2 different sons with 2 different women. So by that count thats 3 different women he has had children with. Clearly this guy is not a family guy.

I've been thinking, if the rumored player that we were suppose to get in Pedro Alvarez was/is true, I have a feeling we could get him for very cheap. He has not played at all lately with the Pirates during the most important time of the year, how would you guys feel about getting him for relatively cheap? What would you give up?
