QUOTE (daggins @ Aug 24, 2014 -> 10:48 AM) Based on what Hahn has said (about "another Eaton like trade") and what the chatter has been RE: Sox rumors, I would guess Dom Brown and Pedro Alvarez will be two names heard often. As lefty power hitters having lousy years in organizations strongly focused on winning, they could be buy-low candidates as Eaton was. No idea what they would cost though. Hahn could also target someone like this: http://www.milb.com/player/index.jsp?sid=t...itting/2014/ALL As an outfielder in a system deep in star-caliber OF talent, and having a breakout season in AA, he might be attractive to a team like the Sox. I want no part of Brown unless he is the DH, he is worse than Viciedo in the outfield. I'd be trying to get a hold of Dickerson from Colorado. Might cost a lot, but I think he would be worth it. A Dickerson, Eaton and Garcia outfield is solid, and Dickerson brings that lefty bat in the line up.

QUOTE (chw42 @ Aug 23, 2014 -> 10:12 PM) So Zac Stacy didn't start for St. Louis in the last pre-season game...is that troubling? I just drafted Stacy today and I'm already afraid I made the wrong pick. Stacy's been bad in pre-season and Cunningham has been really good. Outside of that, I like my team a lot. I'm in 0.5 PPR with a flex, 12 teams. QB Foles WR Nelson WR Crabtree RB Charles RB Stacy TE Olsen W/R Maclin DEF Denver K Walsh Bench: E. Sanders, Ridley, Boldin, McCown, McFadden I really like my depth at WR. Not bad for 12 teams. I've got my draft tomorrow afternoon 10 team ppr league

QUOTE (LDF @ Aug 23, 2014 -> 10:08 PM) ahhh now for the Asian market he is another name I been looking at Shintaro Fujinami, a 19 yr pitcher. Both those guys are young and very intriguing. Their numbers are very nice in Japan considering both just turned 20.

QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Aug 23, 2014 -> 09:38 PM) It's really fun seeing prospects do well and getting excited about them. Just have Davidson and EJ go see a counselor to get their heads straight for next year. Could you imagine if those 2 figure it out next year? Our system looks that much deeper...

Abreu RBI single. Dunn double play. 3-2 NY

QUOTE (scs787 @ Aug 23, 2014 -> 12:51 PM) Gotta be Adams today. Him or Montas

QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Aug 23, 2014 -> 01:51 PM) Sanchez is better than I thought I like him. He's got a good future.

QUOTE (LDF @ Aug 23, 2014 -> 04:25 AM) I am no expert nor am I privy to any inside info. with that, here is 1 Cuban I am waiting for Yasmani Tomas, OF. I really hope the sox outbid all for him. http://www.baseballamerica.com/internation...as-leaves-cuba/ That is a pretty swing.

Wheeler 4IP 5H 1ER 0BB 6Ks. Kid needs to get promoted

Davidson 2-3

I could see why they called him out. Ball took in the path of the runners lane. Oh well. Ugh

Mitchell 1-1 with 2 BBs Davidson 1-2 2B Phegley 2-2 2 RBIs and a BB Anderson 2-2 Ravelo 0-1 K Trey 2-3

Teams putting a shift on Danks is comical. Easy bunt single.

Prado 2 run HR 3-2 Sox

Anderson with a base hit in his first at bat in AA

Trey RBI double. Hawkins not in line up tonight. Was pulled last night after single, any word on an injury?

Nothing like a leadoff walk after scoring 3 in the top half. Unbelievable.

Mitchell leadoff with 10 pitch walk, Semien with a 2 run HR. Wendelken roughed up in the first giving up 4earned.

Avi just missed that. Wow.

QUOTE (Dunt @ Aug 22, 2014 -> 02:48 PM) Adams was promoted to Great Falls earlier this week I haven't seen anything official on it though.

And he's out. Wow. I'm now convinced NY hates the White Sox.
