I'm not even that mad about Minaya pitching on back to back days. I just want to know why we called up Vieira and Burr to never use them. How about literally anyone who didn’t go 1.2 innings yesterday? How about Burr, who has now been here for 7 games and made one appearance?I guess the tank isn’t over while Ricky is managing.Minaya pitched 1.2 innings yesterday, Burr and Vieira have been used like once each in the past 7 games, and we go to minayaReinsdorf strikes againFry is nastyI thought of that today. 2014 Cubs used a relatively decent second half to lure a big FA and then they won 97 games in 2015. Our second half has been better than theirs was to date2019 PLAYOFFS LETS GO!!!NiceNot to take away from Engel’s hit but Andujar should’ve made that play, yet again. Not to beat a dead horse but I came into this series with the lowest of expectations for Andujar’s defense and I’m still shocked at how bad he is.I legitimately thought it was like a weak pop out or something before going on twitter. Turns out it was closer to a bombThey’re using 4 man outfields against him in charlotte nowOh, I'm dumb and didn't realize that was the park. I thought it was some random brick building- didn't see the banners in the Eloy pic!Wait, you met them at the same exact location on different days? How does that even happen?Did he #confirm that he's coming up this weekend?See above. If the question were "what are the odds they decline his option, then re-sign him anyway to a cheaper 1-year deal as a 5th starter until Cease is ready", then I'd probably put it closer to 25%At this point I'd be too excited to watch him play to care about the service time implications. Especially with the possibility of a new CBA that changes everything. But the timing would certainly be puzzling. Why?I guess the ceiling is best catcher in the American League!Yoan MoncadaI think he used to work at 670. I didn't share it because he has a source or anything, but just because I haven't really heard that reasoning used yet. By "he should be up later this week", he was speaking out of what Eloy deserves rather than inside information or anything. So the Sox, Bulls, and Hawks are forming a new network independent of NBC Sports? Or am I misinterpreting Levine's reporting
