Why wait? As bad as this team is the playoffs are still within reach. Crazier things have happened with manager firings. -

The roster construction was obviously far from perfect…but the execution is by far the bigger problem. It’s honestly baffling. I don’t think a person in the world would have predicted the Sox be bottom 6 in HR’s going into the season -

Has there ever been a more obvious scenario where the manager needs to be fired in sports? -

A rookie struggled after the league adjusted to him? Shocker -

You honestly think it had to do with Vaughn’s stamina and not the geriatric coach? The problem seems painfully obvious -
Could be to simply get someone with a pulse that can be a starter for Charlotte. I don’t think they are even able to put 5 starters out in a row with Martin

White Sox among 'most agressive' teams in pitching market

While I think it would be dumb to trade for a SP in general…people are way panicking on thinking the likes of Montgomery, Colas, Vera will be involved. At worst I can see Jose Rodriguez being traded from our top 10. More likely Burger or Crochet get trade… -
Well that could have gone much worse

Just what we need…This team is a shit show

That was obvious from the sound. Video confirmed it. Replay is useless

That hit 100% bat

Obviously you want to avoid that 1st inning…but nice to see him settle down and battle. Was mostly very affective in the game

Abreu tries to hit literally everything the other way

There ya go AJ

One of the dumber things I’ve seen from this team this year…and that’s saying A LOT. Should be benched immediately

Not that I think it will actually happen, but trading Eloy might be the best way to get out of the log jam of bad corner OF/DH’s while still getting value back. Key word being MIGHT. Think there are teams that would take a chance on Eloy returning to his potential and also give us anything of value back?

Has nothing to do with thinking Colas is a major league star. But has everything to do with bad GM + TLR seemingly putting 2 non major league talents in the lineup every night (Luery, Sheets, Engel, McGuire). Hell, I’d be willing to take a gamble on Cespdes at this point too. We know what we have doesn’t work

Why so many posts about Soto? People realize we are talking about a franchise that’s never signed a player to a 100 million $ contract right? The idea of Soto to the Sox while JR is alive is laughable The REAL discussion I’d rather see is why is Gavin Sheets in the majors and Colas is in AA? There’s 0 doubt in my mind that Colas is better equipped to succeed in the majors at this point, or any point, in time.
