Conforto for RF Scherzer for SP 2B can be managed through Leury + internal options until the deadline. If they don't trust that go for EE Sox need to be better at the small things. TLR specifically needs to be forced to use the data at hand. The defensive positioning and shifting has to be much better along with the bullpen usage. It's probably not going to change though.
