I’m not sure about surviving this mess but then again I went through the 68,69 and 1970 years when things were as bad as they got on the field and at the box office. The difference is those teams were bad but didn’t quit and we had some guys like Aparicio, Melton, May, Hermann and Wood who could play the game. We have quite a few on this team who look like they have quit and are also lacking baseball smarts. One more thing is that we all heard that there was dissension on the team last year, there is a possibility it’s still there.

First move is to bring in AJ Pierzynski as manager, hiring a guy from a losing organization like the Royals was a huge mistake.

I’ve always liked KK but he spends a lot of time on the IL, in that respect he’d fit right in with the Sox. When he’s healthy he’s the best centerfielder I’ve ever seen.

Yep, there are absolutely no untouchables on this team.

We reached .500 during and after the Houston series and won’t see it again in 2023. The real question is how many games under .500 will they be at seasons end.

I’ve had a bad case of Heat Exhaustion which is caused by dehydration, it’s not a fun thing and I didn’t feel right for about 3 months. They just stopped hitting in the playoffs. Josh Lowe is becoming a MLB player, someone worked with Taylor Walls on his swing in the off season and he’s not any easy out anymore. Brandon Lowe and Wander Franco are both healthy. Every position player on the roster is a Major Leaguer unlike the Sox who are loaded with AAA players.

But who replaces them?

I’ll be amazed if the Rays don’t walk it off.
