  1. This game is over. I would love to see Josh Lowe in right field for the Sox, he’s a player.
  2. Rays announcer Brian Anderson commenting on the White Sox not taking walks and constantly swing at pitches out of the zone, every White Sox opponent knows this. Why isn’t this problem being addressed by the White Sox brain trust.
  3. The question that begs to be answered is what is in Moncada’s makeup that he doesn’t want to play or seems like he doesn’t care.
  4. Because it seems like it’s the same crap as last year. We have players that refuse to do the little things to win ballgames. This started after the All Star game in 2021 and you just can’t put lipstick on a pig.
  5. As long as our guys keep swinging at pitches out of the strike zone, that’s all they’re going to see, take walks and force the pitcher to throw balls in the zone.
  6. You can take that one to the bank.
  7. Not a damn thing has changed from last year except we somehow managed to go .500. No way this cast of characters goes .500.
  8. The only solution I see is when Moncada comes back is to trade Eloy and let Jake and Sheets handle DH. Eloy hates DHing and you don’t want him in the outfield where he’s dangerous to himself and to teammates.
  9. #1 is true. #2 is next to impossible.
  10. I’ve been a Sox fan since 1952 and a lot of hate towards the Cubs and their fans has built up through the years. Funny thing though, a lot of the guys in my golf group know I’m a Sox fan but can’t stand anything Boston so last year when the Cubs played the Red Sox a guy from Beantown asked me who I was pulling for in that series, I had to pull for the Cubs. Any other AL or NL team including the 2016 World Series I will pull for the team that’s playing the Cubs. This is our 30th year living in Florida and I’ve become a big fan of the Rays and the Lightning except when the play the Sox and the Blackhawks.
  11. The Sox drew just over 2 million in 2022, 2,009,359 to be exact.
  12. The deal was made with Governor Thompson and Mayor Harold Washington, and it’s Daley not Daily.
  13. ONLY was the word that perplexed me.
  14. It’s a straight Double Header so the fans can remain.
  15. Actually the Sox are second among all teams with 20 no hitters, Dodgers have the most at 26.
  16. Right now he’s a small part of the problem, if the bullpen had done its job and held on to some leads where we might be 9-7, we would probably be calling him a genius. Injuries are still a problem and who would have thought we would be looking at AV and Eloy without a home run after 16 games. JR and Hahn are the biggest culprits in this mess.
  17. JR and EE turned out to be the biggest con men on the planet. They lost my respect way back on the night they clinched the division in 1983 and went on TV and trashed Harry Caray and Jimmy Piersall and of course trashed Veeck from the minute they bought the club from him.
  18. What if these guys had to sleep in bunk beds like I did in the USAF.
  19. Nothing wrong with showing emotion with some high fives and back slapping and that bunny hopping they love doing.
  20. No, it’s not fun, it stupid childish behavior. These guys are professionals.
  21. I’ve never been a fan of the Gatorade dump, it’s stupid and I’m surprised there haven’t been more injuries.
