Probably in the 10-1 rout last Sunday.I like the Cardinals ballpark, has some features of the original Busch/Sportsmans Park in it.No argument.No argument.Does Doyle have a better arm than Peters, is so he should be in RF.Good AB got at least a run.The double machine at it again!Thats not funny.At least Mune saw some pitches.How about a starting staff next year with Hagen, Taylor, Sandlin, Burke and Martin.Nice job by Sandlin.What else is new.You’d think they’d take some pitches.That was easy, hope it’s not like that the rest of the game.Hope the extra day of rest helps.What happened to Burke?I hope you’re right with Castillo but he’s probably toast.Being conservative I think the Sox go 7-7 the rest of the way and wind up 83-79. All bets are off if the hitting continues to flounder even though they won last night. The Guards go 7-6 and wind up 82-80. Every game and series is important but the Cleveland-Sox series is crucial and the Colorado-Sox series at the end of the season could be very fortunate for us but looking back at 1967, nothing can be taken for granted. The Guards besides playing us have to finish the season with 6 straight on the road at Boston and KC, both series could be really be tough for them, let’s hope so.Hagen Smith is dynamite.He got beat by a great pitch.That was a strike Kyle, tough pitch.Teel looks a lot calmer since coming back from his latest injury which is a good thingNew ball game!Again Venable making moves too early in the game, the guy hasn’t learned from his mistakes.
