With Colas and Sosa in mlb and Montgomery and Ramos hurt, it is really shocking how few prospects the Sox have. It seems like 80% of every team in their system is made up of 25 y.o. non-prospect types who were $10,000 senior signs. it makes following the minors pretty boring.

Yeah, I have him in my top 30. If he controls the strike zone a little better, he could play in the bigs. Definitely has mlb size.

What the heck is going on with Cespedes? He has 2 walks tonight, which gives him 8 for the year. He had only 29 all last year. Coincidentally, being more selective has given him much better results. If this keeps up, he may have a chance.

I am Team Sosa, so happy to see him hitting it hard 3 times and throwing some leather out there. Imagine what this team could do if they ever got more walks than they gave out.

Man, this could be a massive sell off at the deadline. Lynn, Giolito, Clevinger, and Anderson all have value on relatively short contracts. It’s gonna be at least a mini-rebuild.
